“Really lovely experience from start to end. Good variety and selection of dresses and helpful staff. Staff picked out dresses based on what I asked for / their opinions, friendly and professional. Lovely experience and found my dress with the help of the lovely Chanel!”

“Teresa was amazing! Made the whole experience lovely and listened to everything i was looking for in a dress. She made sure i didn’t just like my dress but the one i chose was the one i loved 🥰 you can really tell she enjoys what she does and would 100% recommend”

“Vandaag mijn kleed in Gent gevonden. Goed geholpen door de fantastische Sohad. Bedankt om mij zo warm te onthalen, te luisteren en te helpen. Niet gedacht dat ik het gevoel van een echt bruidje ging hebben, aangezien ik een beetje onzeker was, maar door het totaalpakket en de lieve woorden, kon ik op het einde toch een traantje wegpinken. Team Gent enorm bedankt om mij en mijn ouders een fantastische belevenis te bezorgen.”

“I had the most amazing day with Vanessa and the team in Dublin. I felt so special and it was clear that Vanessa was an expert at her job. We explored what I liked and didn't like and the very final dress she pulled out was "the one". If it hadn't been for her knowledge and expertise I wouldn't have found my wedding dress. It is absolutely perfect but the whole day was so special. It was relaxed and fun and I was made feel like a queen from start to finish! Thank you so much!!!”

“Kyann was welcoming as soon as we arrived and made the experience so enjoyable. She was patient,she listened to my requests and each dress I tried on met my view on how a dress should be. Both Kyann and Rebecca helped finding my dress a memorable experience. I would highly recommend the Chesham branch and look forward to coming back with my bridesmaids for their dresses.”
