“I had the loveliest, most special morning at Wed2B choosing the perfect wedding dress! Teresa was absolutely amazing, she was so knowledgable, calm, and took her time to make me and my bridesmaids feel so special. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The price of the dresses are really reasonable, they have so many beautiful dresses to choose from and a lovely range of bridesmaids dresses too. We didn’t feel any pressure or rush and I was able to try out lots of different options and styles. Teresa selected a dress that I hadn’t thought about trying on and I instantly fell in love with it. Thanks to her I have the most beautiful wedding dress and I can’t wait to wear it! I would 100% recommend anyone going to Wed2B for their wedding dress.”

“On Saturday 7th November myself, my mam, daughter and friend visited your Middlesbrough store. I had messaged customer services before we came to the store as my mam has cancer and in the middle of chemotherapy treatment so needed to attend when the store was most likely to be quiet and surely enough we had the store to ourselves. The store had a lift and an accessible toilet which was invaluable and allowed my poorly mam to be able to be a part of me choosing my wedding dress. I will forever be grateful for this. Lynsey looked after us along with another lady unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but was the only other member of staff working that day along with Lynsey. I just wanted to leave a review to thank Lynsey and her colleague for how well they treat us on Friday. See we were all in a bit of a state, my mam had been diagnosed in May after we had booked our 2027 wedding in the April. We brought our wedding forward to May 2026 so we knew mam would be with us. But sadly only 3 weeks ago my partners dad got unexpectedly diagnosed with terminal cancer. So we needed to have our big day even sooner and it was booked for the end of November. That week my partners dad got poorly quickly and the girls won’t know this but he died after we left the store with my wedding dress. Lynsey and her colleague made such a stressful time lovely, they work so hard. And let us cry and laugh and sometimes at the same time. They made us feel comfortable and this was so much appreciated that before we left my daughter went and bought them both a bunch of flowers which was so lovely of her. So even though the day ended in the worst possible way I will still remember how Lynsey made us feel before it. I got my dress and had a lovely time, this is the first time since the summer that me and my mam have been out the house together to go anywhere other than a hospital appointment so girls thank you thank you. Keep on being lovely And making ladies smile and feel as beautiful as they are in preparation for their big day xx love Gemma Phoenix xxxx”

“Jazz at the Arndale shop was very kind and helpful. I was alone doing my wedding dress shopping, and she made me feel completely relaxed and at ease, even though I was quite nervous. She immediately understood my taste and had me out of the store with a dream dress in two hours. Her colleagues were also very nice and welcoming. 5 star experience all around. Thanks again!”

“The moment my Mum & I walked through the door we were welcomed by the most professional staff, Ocean looked after us with so much care. She listened to what I wanted & she found it . I loved the dress so much but wasn’t 100%sure, ocean asked me if I would let her find me a dress she knew would suit, I was cautious at first but the moment I stepped into the dress my heart just melted that was the one . Ocean made sure I was happy & then did the big reveal to my Mum, yes there was tears of joy . When my wedding day comes around Ocean you will be in my thoughts . “I had a lovely experience at the Exeter branch wedding dress shop. And found my dream dress! The team were really helpful and friendly throughout my visit. I liked that I was able to look through the dresses beforehand to get a feel for what I liked. My assistant was Zuzanna she was chatty, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable while trying on different styles. She gave great advice and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Nothing was too much, I’d definitely recommend them to any bride-to-be 😊”

“The team in Surbiton are absolutely amazing — especially Anita, Ally, and Zara! I came in with my mum feeling quite stressed because I had no idea what I wanted, but they instantly put me at ease. They encouraged me to try as many dresses as I needed until we found the one — and we did! Their ideas were brilliant, and they made the whole experience so enjoyable. It was fun, magical, and truly unforgettable. I loved having them as part of my journey, and they even helped me find the perfect carry-on for my destination wedding. They really got me ready in every way! 💕”

“After a Spontaneous trip to Manchester for my daughter to try on dresses at a well known high-street store ended with her in floods of tears on the changing room floor feeling really low about her body (she’s usually a 6/8) We stumbled across Wed2b. Upon entering we were made to feel welcome and were guided towards a rail of dresses and within 5 minutes a bridal consultant appeared. Right from the start Chloe listened to my daughter and made her feel at ease. It was a complete 360 change in my daughters mood and confidence(shout out to all the over brides to be for all the oohs and ahhs at every dress she came out in) It wasn’t the day we had planned when we woke up but I’m glad my daughters day was turned around and had the full experience all brides to be should have. You’ll never know how much it meant to myself and my daughter your kindness shown 🥺”

“I visited the St. Paul’s and as soon as I walked in with my party, we were met with a friendly welcome and quickly checked in. I advised the lady on reception that we were still waiting on two more people from the party and to let us know once they’ve arrived (which they did just as the first dress was being shown). My consultant was Daisie and she was absolutely amazing! I didn’t have any specific idea of a dress and she went with it and picked styles out for me to try. She made me feel so at ease and never rushed me into getting out of a dress, she let me have my moment with a particular dress before showing my party. She was an absolute pleasure to have had as a consultant! We definitely had a few laughs whilst getting some of the dresses on and always went at my pace, which was extremely appreciated. She took my opinions and thoughts on and quickly knew what type of neckline suited me, so picked dresses that had that neckline and also allowed a few members of my party to pick dresses also! This was my first time trying on dresses for my wedding and she made the whole experience fun but magical at the same time. Thank you Daisie and team! X”

“I visited Wed2Be in Exeter this week and was looked after by Lou, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish! I couldn’t believe it but I fell in love with the very first dress I tried on, but Lou was so patient and encouraging, helping me try on all the others I liked to make sure I’d made the right choice. She made me feel completely comfortable and supported throughout the whole appointment and she seemed so excited to be part of the process herself.
