Gemma was really great and was honest and open about every dress I tried on. Knowing roughly what I wanted it was great that she was able to offer a few alternate styles to give some comparison. A few buttons on the dress had become lose and as it was the only one in store it was arranged that this could be sorted for me to pick up later that day which was great. The only negative I can point out is that when it came to paying I felt that a lot of unnecessary extras were added as a 'package' which I asked for them to be removed as I did not require them and wasn't asked whether it was something I wanted. Overall the experience was lovely and Gemma and the team were very helpful and I found my dress!!

My daughter found a dress online and discovered it was available at the Liverpool store. We travelled from Cambridge the next day. Despite trying a selection of dresses, we purchased the dress we had come to buy. There were several assistants and we were allocated one. The whole process takes a long time as you would expect for such an important purchase. During the 21/2 hours we were not even offered a drink of water. The store had no other customers so we were disappointed that not one of the assistants thought to give us refreshments. Pretty poor for a £1100 package

I was served by Leila, she was extremely helpful and great at finding different lengths of veils to go with the dresses. She gave me time to try on each dress without feeling rushed. It was a very enjoyable experience. My only small complaint was the payments experience as we were queuing for a little while and just standing in the middle of the thoroughfare waiting to be served.

I had a fabulous experience yesterday in your Dublin store. I said yea to the dress thanks for the fantastic experience and advice and range of options to make the dress unique to me. Olsen was lovely and very helpful. She made my experience great!

Really enjoyed the trip to try on dresses, the server was lovely. Would have been nice to see the prices of all the extras they try and up sell you, maybe I would have picked more items but not knowing the prices put me off.

Working with the WED2B consultants has been a dream. Having visited 3 stores each service was lovely and each advisor made me feel welcome and looked after. I am grateful to say that I have bought my dress and cannot wait to wear it on the day! I wanted to particularly thank Gina from the Bromley store and ladies working on 17/12/21 in the stoke on Trent store (I’m so sorry I don’t have your names to hand). They all went above and beyond given circumstances and I’m forever grateful for everything they have done for me. The only negative from my experience was by no fault of the sales advisors but the ‘no appointment’ booking system is heavily flawed. On 3 different occasions on 3 different days (both weekday and weekend) in the time considered ‘off peak’ I was initially turned away due to lack of staff and that I would have to wait at least 1h30. Considering that I had traveled upwards of an hour for 2 of the Occasions a booking system would of made everything much smoother. I would highly recommend a hybrid booking system with walk in appointments so future brides do not face dissatisfaction and disappointment.

Erg fijn geholpen door Mieke. Ze keek echt wat bij mij pasten en welk soort jurk ik mooi vond. Ook wegens mijn zwangerschap gaf ze goed advies en was ze eerlijk in wat wel en niet kon.

I just chose my fab wedding dress with the help of the wonderful Jaimie ! She was so easy to chat to and so knowledgeable about the dresses and styles . She was patient and I appreciated her input immensely . Wed2b was a great shop fab dresses and a great price range and though I’m plus size there were several dresses to try on and I finally said yes to my dress !🤍

Over het algemeen vond ik het een fijne ervaring bij wed2b! Ik vond de start wat onhandig en niet zo hartelijk maar eens we de eerste 4 kleden mochten uitkiezen, leek het ijs gebroken. Vooral de hulp van Donya in de paskamer was super! Ik voelde me op mijn gemak bij haar, ze gaf fijne feedback en maakte het kleed echt af door er een jasje bij te halen. Top!!

Eine sehr nette Bedienung. Auf die Wünsche wird eingegangen. Egal wie viele Kleider man anprobieren möchte. Ich habe mein Traumkleid gefunden. Danke dafür.

All in all a very good visit at your Norwich branch with Taylor. Very accommodating, and knowledgeable. Lots of different lovely dresses and accessories to pick from. Would 100% recommend. The only thing was at the end, it wasn’t made clear that you’d be paying for the hanger and bag/boxes they go in etc. I was processing everything else I didn’t this until I left. It was worded like you’ll get this and get that, maybe straight off make it clear. That being said I would still Recommend. Thanks for all your help with me finding the one!
