“Absolutely in love with my wedding dress, although I felt rushed trying my first 4 dresses on and the assistant kept telling me how many people were waiting in the queue, which was a shame, I had only been trying on for 30 minutes! I joined back in the queue and saved the one I loved and got sales assistant Ellie, who was so lovely and really made me feel at ease, I didn’t feel rushed at all, I knew my dress was the one when I had chance to try it on again. It’s such a shame I wasn’t allowed to try it on again the first time round but Ellie really saved the experience for me, thank you.”

“Had a wonderful experience at the Nottingham store. Tiffany was polite, professional and went out of her way to find me the styles I wanted to try. She found me the perfect dress and gave advice on alterations as well. Thank you Tiffany!”

“Thanks very much to Alison for her help with finding my wedding dress. I am very body conscious and had tried a few on and just wasn't feeling right. I was on the verge of tears but Alison thought of one last dress to try which turned out to be perfect. Thanks so much for your perseverance and patience Alison. Giving 4 stars as we did have to wait a little while to get seen to which was frustrating for my daughter, but understandable given it was a busy Saturday.”

“Felt like a bit of a conveyor belt when told shortly after we arrived if more people come in after we’ve tried some dresses on we may need to go away for a coffee to allow others to browse, would have preferred it to be on a first come first served basis. Selection wasn’t great in my size (14/16) however the lady who dealt with us was good fun and very complimentary. I did find my dress!”

“Had the very lovely, friendly Tessa in the Brighton store! I did find my dress and I absolutely love it!! The only things that could have made it 5 star would be: A little bit more selection. Somewhere to take an ‘I said yes to the dress picture’ At the end I was given my balance and the dress bags, hangers and travel box were all added on top of this (which is absolutely fine) but I felt I wasn’t given a choice if I wanted the additional extras and it would have been nice to have been told the full break down and not just an extra £117 added on top. Apart from that fab service and highly recommend for the price!”

“First visit to store it was a busy Saturday and I tried on 4 dresses, one of which was my favourite and I wasn’t able to try it back on at the end. We got encouraged to come back Thursday evening when it’s quieter. Did just that and had to wait an hour and a half, 7 brides got turned away. When finally in the store Georgia did her utmost to make the experience a good one although the dress I wanted to retry had been sold. After numerous other dress shop visits I ordered in the favourite dress from another store and collected it on a Friday afternoon. Danielle was amazing and let me try the dress on with different accessories. A great store with amazing dresses but the key is to pick quiet times!”

“Courtney was very helpful today. I told her what I liked and didnt like and she picked some lovely dresses out for me. Very glad I had her help. Only downside is the waiting times. The shop could do with an appointment system.”

“I was recommended this salon as one of the best in the Netherlands. It's true! They have a big choice of dresses and accessories. I found my wedding dress very fast. The young saleswoman who assisted me in fitting was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much:)”

“Had an amazing experience yesterday when I was in store and I was left stunned with no words with the dress they picked out for me! It caught my eye and I was in love! They definitely have a keen eye to detail when it comes to picking the right dress. The only thing I think would be a good thing to point out is when you are buying your dress to explain the cost of the underskirt box and bag prices before hand.”

“Good points It was quiet in Camberley - so tried on a lot of dresses. Maizie was really helpful just didn’t find the one I liked yet. Improvements Can’t make appointment so luck if busy when your there. Not ideal when not local. Wasted trip before as couldn’t wait 2/3 hours to be seen.”

“I said yes to the dress! Vriendelijk geholpen, mocht passen wat ik wil zonder een maximum. Nadeel is ze werken niet op afspraak waardoor wij 45 min moesten wachten, een bruid heeft natuurlijk haar tijd nodig. Helaas waren de jurken van de website allemaal niet in het filiaal in Zaandam. Ik heb uiteindelijk wel mijn perfecte jurk gevonden met een mooie prijs!”

“Amazing experience, my assistant Ella found me my dream dress in just 4 dresses!! She was funny and courteous. Was just a shame we were left alone for nearly 45mins when we tried on the bridesmaids dresses which took 5 minutes. I think if your colleagues are with a customer they should stay with them for the whole journey as we could have been done an hour earlier but I can’t knock her personal service at all! Thank you so much!”

“Thanks so much to Jenna at the Wrexham store for helping me find my wedding dress! I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first ever bridal shop visit, but Jenna put me at ease! I went into the experience really open-minded, but Jenna listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each of the dresses I tried on. We got there with dress #5 and she used her creative juices to make some slight alterations to it to make my perfect dress! Thanks so much to Jenna and the WED2B Wrexham team for all your help, I’d recommend your store to any bride to be (and her bridesmaids, as I’ve just placed an order for two dresses for my sisters!)! X”
