“Thank you to the lovely Amber in the Chesham store who had such patience with me as a first time wedding dress shopper who really wasn’t sure what she wanted! Amber was very helpful and guided me through the process giving helpful tips along the way. Although I didn’t find ‘the one’ today her guidance means I’ll know that much better when I visit again soon.”

“Goede service bij het jurken passen, alleen jammer dat er niet vermeld word dat de doos waarin de jurk bewaard word €65 kost, een kimono word erbij gerekend zonder dat je het weet en zo kwam het bedrag nog best hoog uit. Zou fijn zijn als dit gevraagd word aan de klant of ze dit erbij willen hebben en niet automatisch berekend word. Verder goede service en vriendelijk”

“It was my first wedding dress fitting today at the camberley store and I must say it was pleasant! Maizie was amazing and really took her time to get to know me and what I wanted! Thank you! The only thing I would say is a lot of people kept coming over when maizie was fitting me rather than just letting her do it so I got abit overwhelmed and confused! But other than that it was a nice experience! Thank you guys!”

“We visited the Leeds store on Friday 14th February. We were initially very disappointed that on arriving at 1030am having all travelled over an hour there was a 1.45hr wait. The second disappointment was that we were not allowed to look through the dresses to find something we liked. This was apparently due to covid guidance and when we challenged that the regulations on covid no longer required this we were told it was now company policy ! Having said all of that we were then served by Sophie who was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and positive and extremely thoughtful. She managed to ensure we left with the perfect dress. I would certainly give SophIe the maximum stars but the restrictive ‘covid’ policies do hinder the overall experience and seem to be more for the benefit of the store than the customer!”

“Amazing appointment at the Glasgow store, Danielle who assisted me was helpful, understanding and really chatty which made me feel at ease! My dress needed altered slightly and the fact that the store gave me a list of shops who carry out alterations was so helpful that i managed to get my dress altered the next day. The only slight (And i mean slight) constructive advice is that the new underskirt we were given, we didn't know how to wear ie the Velcro to keep the underskirt on and also the hoop at the bottom of the underskirt. i Have already recommended their store to others and would also recommend going early, we arrived at 10am on Sunday morning for the shop opening at 10:30 and there was already a queue so get there early to avoid having to go back later!”

“Over de bediening en hulp van de styliste was ik zeker heel tevreden. Ze was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik was niet tevreden over het feit dat ik had gemaild om te vragen of we met 4 mochten komen en dat werd geweigerd door de corona regels, maar toen ik er toekwam met enkel mijn zus konden we niet binnen omdat er groepen van 9 personen binnen waren. In de winkel mochten er maar 27 personen binnen. Gelukkig konden we een uur later wel binnen. Had ik het geweten had ik wel met 4 gekomen en niet gevraagd. Ik ben wel heel tevreden met mijn kleed.”

“Ich habe ein wirklich tolles Kleif gefunden. Die Beratung war gut, allerdings wurden etwas falsche Versprechungen getätigt. "Wir geben einen Kleidersack, eine Box und einen Kimono dazu" klang wie ein Geschenk, nachher stand es auf der Rechnung. Alles in allem war der Preis aber Bombe und ich habe mein Traumkleid gefunden, daher bin ich trotzdem sehr zufrieden”

“Based on our visit on Saturday 15th January with Caitlin (i think) it was the perfect experience! She really put the other staff in the Edinburgh store in the shade. We had been to this store before and were treated quite poorly. Thank goodness for Caitlin!”

“Excellent customer service from Georgia & Maizie who made me feel like any bride wants to feel when shopping gor a dress for the first time. Priced very well! The only negative was limited choice of mermaid gowns in my size.”

“Well what can I say from the minute we walked through the door it was like a dream everyone was ready and waiting for us we had the most wonderful consultant in jess nothing was too much trouble she even plaited my hair so I could see how it would look with the dress, even though it’s a no appointment needed shop it still felt very personal and you had lots of people around to give opinions, could of stayed in there forever, the shop was very quiet when we got there I think we timed it perfect because when we left it was very busy, the dress I’ve chosen is perfect and the perfect price all the dresses are beautiful nothing looks cheap but it feels like your getting value for money think I went a bit wild with all the extras but it’s a special occasion so why not, once again the team especially jess we’re wonderful :)”

“I found my experience at wed2b overall positive, Courtney was brilliant and helps me to try a range of dresses. The store manager was also very friendly and helpful. However the only downside to the experience was when I returned home I realised I had paid in excess of £100 for storage boxes, hangers and robes that I did not actually require. Wed2b have ensured that I will be entitled to a refund of these so hopefully all will be rectified shortly!”

“I had the lovely Michelle help me with finding my dress and my bridesmaids dress. She was very good at explaining all the technical aspects of each dress and made me feel very at ease and comfortable! She was able to use her extensive knowledge to pick out dresses that suited my body type and that matched my vision. Only downside was that many of the dresses I wanted to try were either not in stock or not in my size ratio but still very happy with my experience as I found my dress!”
