“Brighton- (leah) so attentive and full of advice. Listened to what I was wanting and also offered alternatives. Very patient and didn't feel pressurised to make a decision. The atmosphere in the shop is so friendly and it was a great experience.”

“Great customer care from Lily and Jaffin. Jaffin is kind, knowledgeable, clear and concise. Even though she’d only been working there a short time, she listened to me and when she needed a hand called for assistance. Lily was always there to support and I had a great experience at this store in Surbiton. Sadly some of the dresses I liked only went up to a size 14. Nonetheless I tried on some other great options that gave me a better idea of what I like. I would definitely recommend coming here as there is no fee but great customer care. The only down side is that you might have to wait an hour to be seen as it’s a first come, first serve policy.”

“Absolutely amazing service. Everyone was so nice and attentive. We found the dress very quickly because Courtney had listened to what I like and took on board everything I had said. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Courtney and team. Highly recommend x”

“I cannot recommend WED2B highly enough, from the moment I entered the store in Dublin the staff were fantastic. To be warmly greeted by Amy who made me feel right at easy and confident that I was in good hands. After registering with Amy I was put in the safe hands of Paula to begin the dress shopping. The whole time with Paula was fun, she is very professional with an eye for detail and a wonderful personality that makes the whole experience an absolute pleasure.”

“Soon as i enter the store they was so welcoming. I had esther who listened and helped me try each dress on. Couldnt fault how helpful she was, she went above and beyond. Would defintly recommend her to anyone who goes”

“I got my dress in the Dublin store. I had an amazing experience on the day found my dress and everything, staff were lovely. Only thing was I had asked if everything was in the box which I was assured was, so just for future brides to check package before leaving store as I had no wunderskirt. (Alot of money to have to pay twice for). When I contacted customer service they said they were so sorry I couldn't locate my wunderskirt and according to their records it should be in the box with dress. Honestly why would I contact you for wunderskirt if I had it?Everything else I had just this experience was a massive let down. Oh and to top it off if I wanted another to come back to store in Dublin as they would not be able to send me. So brides ensure to check your package and don't feel the frustration and disappointment I felt. Picture attached is what I should have gotten the other two are empty pockets they said it should be in.”

“My wedding dress shopping experiance was the best I could have asked for. I was so nervous to try on wedding dresses, but Alice was so so lovely and calm about the whole process and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend speaking to anyone at Wed2b as they were all so lovely! I want you thank you Alice especially for your help and assistants with my dress journey. You were absolutley amazing, so kind, caring and thoughtful. Thank you again, Naomi x”
