“Sam from Cardiff Sam was excellent . I was very nervous at first she made me feel at ease. She listened to what I wanted she gave me some different styles and from that she knew exactly what I wanted. It was a wild card but I loved it! Thank yo will definitely recommend.”

“Absolutely amazing service kimberley was so good she made me feel so at ease when I was extremely nervous and conscious of my body and she made me feel so much better helping find styles I never would have thought of.lovely shop with amazing selection.”

“The team were very friendly and welcoming. Sally helped me feel heard, cared for and in turn relaxed and happy. The dress I went for was not in stock, Sally asked some questions, went off and picked a dress, different to the one I wanted but turned out to be perfect and I left with my amazing wedding dress. Thank you”

“Ik ben in de winkel in Rotterdam geweest op een dinsdagmiddag. Ik ben zonder enig idee van wat ik wilde binnen gekomen, zonder fotos of Pinterestboard. Van het begin tot het einde ben ik erg prettig begeleid in het hele proces en ben ik super gelukkig met mijn (volledig onverwachte) trouwjurk. Ik kan de winkel iedereen aanraden die in een prettige ontspannen sfeer met goede begeleiding een jurk wilt uitzoeken.”

“I had an amazing experience with the Shirley store with Cali. I had a bad experience in the Bristol store and Cali and her colleagues definitely made up for it. I found a dress in Bristol which I loved but they didn’t have my size. We phoned the Shirley store and spoke to Cali and they had my size. They gave us multiple options of how we could secure the dress and get it to us. We opted for driving to Shirley that day and trying on the dress before purchasing, they reserved the dress for me. We drove an hour and half to Shirley and it was definitely worth the drive. We got there and Cali was there and ready for us with the dress on the rack reserved for me. We had to wait an hour but that was fine and we enjoyed a drink in a local cafe, we headed back to the store before the hour was up and there was only one other bride in the store and I felt like I was having a private moment. Cali had my dress in the dressing room ready for me. Cali was so lovely, hyped me up, made me feel special and beautiful which is all a bride wants. She found me the veil I wanted and a head piece to match. When I had confirmed that this was my dress all my entourage started clapping and all the other workers came to see and made me feel special with lots of compliments. She allowed me time in my dress, I walked around the store. Cali then got it all pack up and treated us so well. The other girls took photos of in front of the said yes to the dress sign and we loved our experience. I had a bad experience in Bristol and this is definitely what I needed. Thank you so much to Cali and her team.”

“What a wonderful experience! From coming into the store to have a look, we have left with everything we could possibly want to look stunning on our special day. “Had a lovely time at WED2 B yesterday had lots of choses for my bridal party to look at and try on. The only thing I would have changed is to have been offered a water as we got dehydrated as we where there a long time. I hope my dresses are like the ones in the shop as my bridal party look fabulous”

“The atmosphere was calming, the staff were all so friendly, it was my first time trying on dresses and was struggling to invision what I wanted, however I walked away with the dress after amazing advice and choices from the ladies! overall an amazing experience.”

“Visited WED2B gateshead yesterday and was looked after by Lauren, she was lovely brought lots of options to try,she made it such a fun experience ended up buying my dress and all extras we never felt pressure they even let my bridesmaids try dresses, when we were paying it was mentioned by the manage that Lauren had stayed almost an hour late to continue helping us which we would have never known as we were t rushed with anything at all”

“On our 2nd visit after a terrible experience we went to the Derby store.. the team made us feel so welcome and Teresa was the most loveliest and wonderful person. She made my daughter feel so special and helped her pick the most wonderful dress. Theresa is an absolute credit to your company as well as all the Derby team”

“Yanina was amazing right from the start of my visit. We had a bit of a wait to be seen but all of the ladies put us at ease and kept us updated with regards to wait times. Once in the dressing rooms yanina explained the process and made sure my Gran had a comfy seat and tissues to hand. I wasn’t sure what style of dress I wanted and Yanina listened to my likes and dislikes to start with a dress that was inside my comfort zone working upon to dresses outside my comfort zone. When I found THE dress Yanina and the other ladies in the shop helped me to pick out accessories. There was no pressure to buy a dress and the process of paying was smooth and easy going throughout. I had a really lovely experience and would highly recommend both WED2B and Yanina. Thank you for making my wedding dress search and purchase so positive, easy and special.”

“I had a great experience at Wed2B in Shirley when I visited Friday! Callie was so lovely and helpful. She knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew! Her knowledge of all the dresses was amazing and I felt she really did go above & beyond! The store is clean, roomy the atmosphere is exactly what you want! I recommend going on a weekday, we went Friday morning and it was nice and quiet! The dresses they have are 10/10, there is something for everyone. The bridesmaids dresses are also really worth looking at! Thank you so much Callie, you really changed my dress shopping experience and set the expectations!”

“Pre going to the store, I spoke to the head office via email about some concerns that every woman has about themselves and they were really reassuring. Said they would pass it on to the store I was going to but unfortunately they didn’t. This didn’t affect my experience at the store though. We were welcomed and signed in and only had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to see till us. We had Sally-Anne who was very lovely, listened to my brief and found me the perfect dress! However I didn’t at any stage get to see any of the dresses, it was all based on what I said to Sally that I would like. At the end of the appointment, unfortunately, I did feel very pressured to purchase… plus the bag, hangers, storage box etc which I didn’t really expect. It did dampen the experience for me at the time but having slept on it, I am very happy with my dress!”
