“Een erg fijn concept waarbij je gewoon langs kan komen zonder afspraak. We hebben een paar minuten moeten wachten tijdens het klaarmaken van de kleedkamer, maar alles ging erg snel. Ik heb 4 verschillende jurken aangehad en was met 1,5 uur klaar. Erg vriendelijke medewerksters. Het enige wat ik miste was het aanbieden van wellicht wat te drinken en het toilet kan een goeie update gebruiken”

“The person who helped me (Georgia at Wed2Be Camberley) was so helpful and friendly. She was welcoming to me and my sister and so helpful. She included my sister in the process and made it a really fun experience. I didn’t get my dress from Wed2Be in the end, but would still recommend this store to other people. I like that the dresses are sorted by size so I didn’t have the awkwardness of trying a dress that was too small. Even though there was only two people working (that we saw!) and Georgia had to answer the phone and help other customers while we were there, she still made us feel valued and never like an inconvenience- she gave us all the time we wanted to look at and try dresses and make decisions.”

“When we arrived the shop was quite busy, there was already someone sat down waiting and others looking. We were greeted very politely and Kiri signed me in. She did advise there was a wait and showed us to a seat. I looked at a few dresses while waiting. The changing rooms became free but we waited an hour to be seen, which was frustrating as we could see the changing rooms open. But another meme we of staff arrived and then 3 of us were all taken in. Kiri really listened and picked out dresses as I had described. She was so kind and understanding the whole time. She helped me in and out each dress and the experience was great. I didn’t expect to find my dress but I did! Kiri really helped me find the dresses that suited my body shape. Overall the experience was good, it was just the hour sat waiting.”

“Heel tevreden van mijn ervaring 1 minpuntje: in die plastieke hoezen kan je niet zien hoe een kleed valt. Misschien een foto bijzetten van op de website hoe een kleed valt bij iemand. Dat zou het kiezen van de 4 jurken gemakkelijker en vlotter maken.”

“I went to Wed2b Milton Keynes yesterday and brought my dress. 😀 I was so excited when I woke up that day but when I got there was disappointed to find I hate to wait 3 hours to try on my dresses. My sister and sister both had to leave before I got into the fitting room which I wasn't happy about to begin with I was not enjoying the experience at all. 😔 However when i did get into the fitting room I had the best fitter ever Helen she listened to what I wanted, made me feel at ease and in the end my dress of my dreams wasn't even one that I picked originally it was a dress that Helen went and got for me after listening and talking about what I wanted she got it exactly right!! Thank you Helen 😀”

“Mijn droomjurk gevonden bij Wed2be aan een zeer mooie prijs. Heel goed systeem met het uitkiezen van de 4 jurken, super geholpen bij het passen. Ook duidelijke uitleg gekregen ivm het herstellen, kleed bewaren,...kortom zeker een aanrader hoor. Dikke merci aan Femke die mij geholpen heeft.”

“My experience in Wed2B was great, the lady helping me (olwyn was her name) fit the dresses on was very helpful and honest with me, the second dress I tried on was the one I fell in love with and took home. My only complaint is that on a Saturday you can only try on 4 dresses, after travelling almost 3 hours to the shop this was a bit disheartening to be told as it made me panic I wouldn’t find the one! Lucky for me I did. I would definitely recommend the shop.”

“I would just like to say how everyone at Wed2B in Camberley made me feel fully at ease. As a bigger older bride, I had no idea of what I wanted. The staff were very attentive and I tried on a variety of dresses. They didn’t have what I wanted in store but they found a store that did and ordered it in for me. Excellent service.”

“A few dresses i liked online wasnt available in store for me to try on but regardless, with the help of the staff i found my wedding dress with the large range they have to choose from. Every dress i tried on fit perfectly and only needing minor alterations for length. I would highly recommend Wed2Be for those wanting to find their perfect dress. The quality is phenomenal and very budget friendly.”

“I had a really great experience with Wed2Be, everyone we spoke to were super lovely & had a bubbly infectious energy which was so nice, myself and my party were made to feel very welcomed. I was served by Amber from the Chesham branch and my god, she was amazing!! I felt super nervous & she really made me feel comfortable, she was really patient and such a great energy that I adored. She really knew her stuff & talked me through everything, my choices etc, I wasn't sure I'd found the one but she really helped put my mind at ease on all my worries & I can not recommend and praise her enough for her service. I loved her! My only criticism is being that it doesn't work on an appointment system we waited around for 2 hours before trying on the dresses. It would have been great to have been made aware on typical wait times they experience on days etc. Or have something where you could be texted to say there are 2 brides in front of you please make you're way back etc in case you needed to leave or wanted to grab a coffee before heading in etc.”

“We had quite a long wait once arriving at the Bolton store from Burnley. I think appointments would be beneficial, maybe even take a refundable deposit. Once I met with Joely my experience was amazing! I was very nervous about the whole experience and dont like to be centre of attention but she made me feel at ease and in the end I didnt want to take my dress off! Thank you!”

“Really friendly staff from start to finish, especially Faith, who was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I wanted, more than I did!! She found me my dream dress! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we were told by the manager as soon as we walked in that we weren’t allowed to look at any dresses ourselves on the rails, due to COVID policies, we had to sit and wait while a member of staff picked ones they thought I might like. However when we were leaving, there were a few people looking and picking dresses themselves which wasn’t really fair. It should be one rule for all. Overall very good experience and found THE dress, thanks to Faith!”

“Tevreden van de service. Ik kende het concept al en wist dus wel al wat te verwachten (en wat niet). De verkoopster die mij heeft geholpen, Merel, was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze kwam me echter wel wat onervaren voor en liet het initiatief voornamelijk aan mij en m'n entourage over. Ook vond ik het jammer dat ik één van mn jurken niet ook nog in een andere maat mocht passen, waardoor ik dan een andere jurk niet kon aandoen.”

“Super nette Beratung und toller Service, ich kam sofort dran auch ohne Termin. Die Auswahl der Kleider ist sehr groß, leider für Größe 34 etwas limitiert. Ich bin aber trotzdem nach 1 Stunde happy mit meinem Kleid rausgegangen. Den einzigen kleinen Abzug gibt es dafür, dass ich vorher extra nach 1-2 Kleidern per Mail angefragt hatte, ob diese in Hamburg und meiner Größe vorhanden sind (was bejaht wurde) und diese dann nicht vor Ort waren. Scheinbar ist der Shop in Hamburg unabhängig von alle Läden. Das hätte man per Mail gerne erwähnen können.”
