“Keziah was amazing! She made my experience so perfect and magical I haven't stopped smiling. She listened to exactly what I asked for, and picked the perfect dress to which I said yes! So affordable, and the most amazing staff! Would recommend this place to absolutely everybody!”

“Cheryl served us on both occasions we came into store. She was so kind and bubbly and really listened to what I wanted. She offered helpful tips and advice and honestly we all just had a really nice giggle! It was like having an extra member of my bridal party. She made me feel so comfortable in my body as someone who is very very insecure, she was so kind and made me feel at ease. I wish I could wedding dress shop every day what a beautiful experience. I would really recommend the Bolton store and Cheryl in future. We had a fabulous time that was stress free and just overall a lovely time. Thank-you so much for being part of mine and my partners big day. There was another lady in store (I’m really sorry I can’t remember her name), who was so lovely too, she helped with advice and helped my maid of honour choose her dress. She was so lovely too. Thankyou ladies for a lovely experience. The only negative I have (this is not about Cheryl or the store) is the amount that is charged for storage. This wasn’t explained to me and £104 of my order was not purely dress bags and hangers, it’s quite steep in price and I think if it’s made aware beforehand it’s helpful. £104 is a lot of money for boxes and bags and while I appreciate it’s to protect the dress and accessories it’s a little excessive and considering the amount you spend should be included.”

“So friendly, and very knowledgeable. I went in for a dress and a style in my head but Sana found something completely different but I am in love with it. All the staff were friendly and engaging. A great experience”

“Had a brilliant time. Jess was a wonderful help. I was dreading dress shopping because I’m an awkward size but she found me the perfect dress. I felt like a princess and I am over the moon. It meant a lot to my family too. Thank you so much”

“I attended here with the purpose of looking and getting some ideas. The lady who dealt with us was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about all the dresses I tried and gave me time to really look at them and experience them. I even found my dream dress and purchased it on the day. The Whole team were so caring and kind throughout”

“I waited 2 and half hours before being seen. Added extra items on my bill I didn't want and still put in a hanger in the bag and charged me. I should of checked but my receipt went straight into a sealed envelope”

“Ich kann Anne nur von Herzen empfehlen! Sie ist nicht nur unglaublich kompetent, sondern auch so herzlich und sympathisch. Dank ihr habe ich mein Traumkleid gefunden, und der ganze Prozess war einfach nur entspannt und hat riesig Spaß gemacht. “I had my first ever bridal appointment in the Fleetwood shop last week and already found my dream dress! Lisa was so so helpful - I usually hate having the attention on me, but she put me right at ease, and listened to exactly what I was wanting to try on. She brought out a lovely range of styles and fits for me (as requested), and made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The girls at the Fleetwood shop are so kind and are truly there to help you find your dream wedding dress, I couldn't recommend them more! Thank you both so much! 😊”

“We arrived at Norwich Wed2Be with just 8 minutes until their closure time. We had driven all the way from Chelmsford in hopes they had THE dress we were looking for, which they did. Unfortunately after explaining our situation, we were 2 days too late for the exchange period. We didnt realise that the 14 exchange period is for exchanges only, and when you buy a dress its none refundable. However we explained that we needed a larger size dress because the alterations that the bride needed were not possible with the smaller dress after seeing the seamstress. The ladies there, Jodie, Storm, and Milly went out of their way to help us even when at this point they should have been going home! They called Customer Service for us and explained our situation and arranged it so that we could exchange the dress for a larger size just as we needed. As Maid of Honour, I could have cried when I heard the words they will help us and also provide the dress for my sister the bride so that her day, in merely a few days was perfect. I will forever be thankful to these ladies for what they did. After spending a long night with the seamstress, we have the perfect fitted and size dressed for my sister. Thankyou ever so much, you have no idea how you changed my sisters big day !!”

“Liv, from customer care has been truly incredible, super helpful and really listened to me. Infact I think Liv completed the whole WED2B experience for me! (As well as the staff in store of course). She listened to me, empathised with my feelings (dress regret - AHHH!) and managed to sort everything out for me, to get me that extra special dress! She really did go the extra mile.
