“From the minute Louise introduced herself to mum and I, we felt at ease and reassured we were in good hands. Her expertise and knowledge shone through from the beginning and the whole experience was excellent. Louise and I had a chat about my likes and dislikes, and my expectations and based on this Louise brought out what she felt was best for me. After trying 10 dresses on, the first one was 'the one'. An all round lovely experience. Thank you Louise xx”

“Shannon at Cardiff store was amazing and super helpful! I didn’t know what I wanted and was totally confused but she did everything she could to support me and pulled out the most amazing ‘wild card’ where I ended up saying yes to the dress! “Truly amazing experience with the staff at Milton Keynes. They really went the extra mile to make me happy. I can’t recommend them enough, I felt so comfortable and the whole experience was friendly and you could truly tell they wanted to do what’s best for you. Shout out to Georgia and Hadiya!”

“Ik de bruid ben geholpen door 2 super leuke dames Anine en Naomie. Ik liep een paar inspiratie foto’s zien zij kozen er twee uit en bij de eerste was het al raak. Super lief, genoeg keuze uit heel veel mooie jurken. Bij twijfel laten ze nog maar opties zien en alles wordt goed uitgelegd. je wordt gewoon super geholpen en nu ga ik naar huis met mijn droom jurk en dat voor een mooie prijs. Super blij!”

“I had the pleasure of Fiona helping me today and I can honestly say what a beautiful woman inside and out, not once did she make me feel pressured into anything, we tried on loads of different styles and it turns out the one I wasn’t expecting to like I fell in love with! “Ik raad af een jurk in deze winkel te kopen, omdat ze zelf geen vermaakservice hebben. Als het vermaken niet goed gaat, wijst iedereen naar elkaar Wed2B naar coupeuse (van hun lijst), de coupeuse naar de winkel, maar als klant ben je de dupe. Ellende met de jurk die niet goed is, en dubbele vermaakkosten. In ons geval 500 euro! Helaas geen enkele tegemoetkoming van de winkel. De medewerkers in de winkel in Arnhem zijn fijne mensen, vakkundig en begripvol, maar de afwikkeling van het probleem doet het hoofdkantoor af met "buiten onze verantwoordelijkheid en garantie" Hadden we maar een winkel gekozen die een eigen vermaakservice heeft, dat had een hoop stress voor de trouwdag van mijn dochter bespaard...”

“Einfach wundervoll! Ich bin total begeistert und einfach nur glücklich, dass ich meine Brautkleid Erfahrung so machen durfte. Wir waren für mein Kleid in Moers und meine Beraterin Ulla hat mich toll beraten. Ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt und hatte vor allem das Gefühl, dass auf meine Wünsche und Vorstellungen eingegangen wurde. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung, schöner hätte ich mir diesen Tag nicht vorstellen können. Danke! :)”
