“Hannah at Chelmsford was very helpful throughout the whole experience. She was very welcoming and showed us around all the dresses explaining each rail. She was very professional during the whole process of trying on all the dresses but also very friendly and helped me to find the perfect dress for my special day whilst making me feel at ease.”

“I visited the Stoke store on two occassions, once when it was very quiet and once when it was really busy, but on both occassions the staff were so helpful, did not rush me, and I found my dress! I am over the moon with it. I didn't catch everyone's names, but thank you Kaitlyn & your colleagues for your help!”

“On the 14th January 2025 my life changed. I met the wonderful Michelle from the Camberley branch. What an incredible, beautiful woman. I went into the appointment extremely nervous, I am very critical of myself, but I came out feeling like I had a therapy session. Michelle made me feel at ease and made me see and feel true beauty. Michelle deserves all the love in the entire world, she made me feel so beautiful. I will always remember her, such a kind soul, she deserves the absolute world. Thanks to Michelle I said yes to the dress, I also found myself that day. Michelle please never change. You’re a beautiful person. I would I recommend going to Wed2B I had a life changing experience. The team were great and the service was extremely amazing.”

“Ruby served me on Sunday and was absolutely amazing, she listened to me and was actually really helpful with picking out my dresses along with add ons I could put with the dress. I felt heard whilst shopping at wed2be unlike at others. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here.”

“I made 2 different trips to WED2B Wrexham and can honestly say I had a great experience both times. The first trip I was helped by Tilly who was lovely and helped me decide on the style I wanted to go for. I never felt rushed and was there for around 2 hours. The second trip I was helped by Kelly who was equally as great when went back after changing my mind on the style of dress I wanted. Would highly recommend, just keep in mind the dresses are off the peg so what they have in might not be there if you went back a few weeks later!”

“Kerry , what can I say , it’s my first time trying dresses on and she went above and beyond for me , she listened to all my worries and all my problems and she smashed it , had a lovely experience at wed 2b all thanks to Kerry and the team , thank you so much , I said yes to the dress !”

“Went while it was quiet so didn't feel rushed. Felt like staff really knew what they were doing in terms of the dresses they pulled and also making me feel comfortable.”

“Lovely welcoming environment without the pressure to buy something like the smaller boutiques often come with. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Lou at Exeter was amazing, she made me feel very welcome and beautiful. Being a plus size bride makes things difficult for me but she had me completely at ease.”

“I have just had the most phenomenal experience at Wed 2 B Exeter and it was all down to Carris. I was physically shaking upon arrival due to nerves and Carris made me feel so safe and secure, I ended up fully relaxed and having the most fun! Carris listened to what I asked for and bought me the dress I took home on the first try, it was just perfect. I’d recommend Wed 2 B to everyone and your experience will be so memorable if you have someone like Carris to help you through. The dress quality and interior of the building was stunning and such a beautiful set up. A special thankyou to Carris, who in that moment, felt like a friend, thankyou, I will never forget that day x”

“Had the best experience at Cardiff today our consultant went over and beyond to make sure I had everything covered even had pins for my hair so we could see if I wanted a veil or headband, truly had a laugh with the girls and found the perfect dress thank you”

“Suzanna was the lady who helped me find my perfect wedding dress. She was friendly, attentive and listened to my preferences but also gave me good advice. I found the whole experience very emotional and enjoyable and feel 100% happy with my choice of dress. It definitely helps to try on the dresses with an experienced fitter as I ended up choosing a style of dress that I hadn’t considered before I went into Wed2be. Thank you Suzanna!”

“I went to the wed2be in Baker Street with my mum and I was blown away with how friendly everyone was! My bridal adviser Courtney was amazing and she put me at ease straight away and made me feel so comfortable! The dress selection they had was really good and I managed to find my dream dress!”
