“Don’t be scammed into buying add ons you do not need and will not use. Take your own box from Amazon for £5 and save yourself £45. Don’t get the skirts, get your dress and buy them elsewhere once you have decided on your underwear. The sales staff will aggressively push onto you these extras at hundreds of pounds. A quick FB search will show you how often people get scammed.”

“Visited wed2b in Wednesbury and after a short consultation with Ruby we got to work trying on dresses. She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sway me and was extremely supportive and helped me find THE one! Ruby is a credit to Wed2b & I would highly recommend her.”

“I visited Wed2Be Hinckley Saturday 8th Feb. Tracy was my consultant and she was so lovely, made me feel comfortable and had such great knowledge of all the dresses I’d tried on and how they were meant to fit and what accessories to pair them with. She made the whole experience so enjoyable 🩷”

“Der Laden an sich hat eine Art Industrie Charm und sehr große Umkleiden. Wünschenswert wäre allerdings ein Kleiderhaken oder eine Ablage für die eigene Kleidung! Ich hatte eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterin, die liebe Karin, die mir motiviert zur Seite gestanden hat. Nach Hause gefahren bin ich dann mit meinem Traumkleid !”

“Fab welcome into the shop without an appointment, very patient with me as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. When we first walked in the shop it was a little overwhelming but we were instantly put at ease by the lovely staff and found the perfect dress for me after trying a few different styles. Cannot thank them enough for making the whole experience super special.”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect when walking in to the shop, I didn’t know what kind of dress I had in mind but Jodie from the Norwich store was so lovely and helpful. She honestly was so funny and made me feel so comfortable, it was like she was one of my friends! I even brought the 3rd dress we tried on so she definitely knows her stuff! Would definitely recommend”

“I bought my wedding dress on Saturday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I was really nervous going in, with only a small idea of what I wanted, but Debbie was absolutely amazing. It’s clear she has been doing this for a long time - she knew exactly when to listen and when to gently push me out of my comfort zone. I’m so glad she did because I would never have picked my dress just from looking at it on the hanger. But once I tried it on, I knew - it was the one! Thank you, Debbie, for making the experience so special. I said YES to the dress!”

“I went into the Glasgow store twice and the workers I had were amazing! Jenna and Rusanda both had a great eye for the style I was going for and what would suit me. The dress I ended up choosing wasn’t even one on my radar! They were so friendly, warm, and helpful - made it such a great experience for us!”

“I really wasn’t sure what type of dress I liked and was so unsure when I walked in, however Jodie at the Norwich store was so lovely and welcoming, not only that but she was funny and made me feel so comfortable it was like she was one of my friends! We even ended up buying the third dress we tried on so she certainly knows how to help!”

“I had a lovely experience on Saturday when I brought my wedding dress in the Norwich store. The lady helping me (i can't remember her name!) so was friendly and made me feel very comfortable when trying on different dresses. She listened to exactly what I liked and disliked and found me my perfect wedding dress. The manager was also friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy their wedding dress. Thank you!”

“Das positive zuerst: die Beraterin hat trotz Erkältung und Überstunde, keinen Druck oder Stress aufkommen lassen. Leider kann ich nichts weiter gutes sagen: das Kleid was ich gekauft habe, leider schlecht verarbeitet, nähte lösen sich schnell.. die Spitze billig aufgenäht.. Im Laden selbst war es dreckig und nicht sehr einladend.. keine Getränke oder ähnliches angeboten bekommen... zudem kaum Auswahl Möglichkeit um ein Kleid aufzu pimpen, also es gab nur eine Spitzenart als Ärmel, die überhaupt nicht aussah.. die Gürtel total billiges Material, der Haarschmuck auch! Ein NEIN wird nicht gern gehört.. Gefühlter Kaufdruck/Zwang am Ende, zusätzliches Paket was unbedingt gekauft werden sollte (Brauthemd, Manschettenknöpfe, Krawatte, Schläppchen) Bei Ablehnung, wurde der Ton etwas schärfer. Den Kleiderbügel und den Tragebag fürs Kleid MUSSTE dazu gekauft werden (angeblich, sonst keine Versicherung) auf was genau weiß ich allerdings auch nicht.. Insgesamt sind die Kleider auf den ersten Blick ganz schön. Aber der Preis macht sich deutlich bemerkbar. Würde es nicht nochmal dort kaufen.”

“Leen was een super vriendelijke medewerker die mijn mama heeft geholpen met haar droom trouwjurk uit te kiezen. Ondanks dat de winkel binnen een uur ging sluiten, is ze toch met ons gebleven totdat de perfecte kleed was gekozen. Hartelijk bedankt aan Leen!”

“The best experience I have had throughout my wedding dress search. Had tired on so many dresses in other shops and just got so confused. I went in and didn't have a clue what I wanted. The girls were so lovely there and I ended up loving the first dress I fitted on and only tired on 3 that the girl had picked out for me and they were all stunning. They couldn't have been nicer and the dresses were all packaged individually and my face was covered so all the dresses stayed immaculate with no marks on them.”
