“There was a fantastic atmosphere in the Hinckley (Leics) store - it was so relaxed and all the staff were so helpful. I was served by Kerry who really put me at ease and gave me great advice about the dresses. The only thing I found disappointing was the limited number of dresses in smaller sizes (6 to 8), however I still managed to find my perfect dress!”

“I went into the Swindon branch a couple of weeks ago and was helped by Alexa along with a newer member of staff. I was the only bride in the store and was helped to feel so at ease. You walk in and think where it looks so industrious with the electronic sign in and where it's a converted warehouse however once you get round the back to the dresses it was lovely. I tried on 4 dresses and although I was told how lovely I looked in all the dresses I did not purchase my dress that day. Regardless of these points both girls were super helpful and Alexa really had a great knowledge of the dresses in stock and how to make someone feel so comfortable in a dress. Thanks so much to both girls!”

“After leaving another store without my dream dress and instantly regretting my decision, I headed to the Bournemouth store to get it. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Katie was able to quickly prepare everything I had asked for. She advised me on accessory options and also told me exactly what to ask a seamstress to do so that the dress was tailored to fit perfectly without compromising the shape of the dress. Thank you for helping me to get my dream dress!”

“Staff at the Leeds store were super friendly and helpful! Tanya was great when helping me with the dresses! Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Only criticism is that I think all shops should have the dresses from the website in stock. What is the point of having them on the website if they are not purchasable in all stores?”

“Went to Baker Street and was looked after by Ornella, a real asset to the company. She is just the most lovely, understanding and patient lady. She put me at ease and helped me pick out some dresses. I didn’t say yes to any dresses that day as I personally didn’t find what I had in mind but had a great experience none the less. 5 stars for Ornella, 4 stars for the dresses.”

“Went to the Baker Street branch as a nervous bride to be, unsure what type of dress I’d like. Ornella was incredibly patient and helped me select a few to try on. She was so lovely and understanding, a real asset to the branch. I didn’t end up buying a dress as personally didn’t feel my dream dress was there, but my overall experience there was great.”

“Really happy with the service and so happy that I have got the dress of my dreams for a fraction of the price of other bridal shops. There are so many beautiful dresses in all sizes and being a curvy bride it was such a refreshing change to be able to try on lots of beautiful dresses in my size. Rhea and Shannon at the Belfast store were really helpful, and let me try on multiple dresses with tiaras, veil and belts to complete the look. The only thing that was missing from this visit would to have been offered a tea or coffee. Thanks very much wed 2 b xx”

“I had a great experience at the store. I didn't check with the store prior to coming there if they had the dress I liked on their website available due to which I couldn't get to try those dresses but it all worked out since I found a dress that I loved anyways. I was anxious since I went there alone but Rachel was great and made me feel at ease.She was extremely helpful and honest with her opinions which helped me make my decision. The lady at the reception was helpful too unfortunately I didn't get her name. Thank you ladies for your help and being extremely nice.”

“Fijn en vlot geholpen bij het vinden van mijn jurk! In de winkel heerst een open cultuur, wat je ziet is wat je past (model, merk, maat en prijs). Daarbij werd geadviseerd bij het kiezen van de jurken die je gaat passen, en ook tijdens het passen kreeg ik handige tips. Ze laten je vrij in de mening die je er vervolgens over hebt. Ik voelde geen druk. Alleen maar passie en veel enthousiasme voor het vak. Ik was binnen 2 uur geslaagd. Deze manier van winkelen past mij goed, super fijn!”

“Visited the Hinckley store and was met by an absolutely wonderful group of ladies who made me feel instantly welcome. Was served by Hayley and honestly cannot fault her service. She was friendly and listened to everything I had to say about every dress I tried. Was a bit disappointed that of the eight or so dresses I wanted to try they only had one in store but Hayley was very helpful in finding one in another store for me if I wanted to try it. Didn't need to in the end as Hayley picked my perfect dress of the rack and found the perfect accessories to match. Good advice on making alterations, differences between sizes and styles and a good range of bridesmaids dresses too. An all-round fabulous experience!”
