“I came into store with some ideas but pretty open minded. Ruby was fab, very patient, answered questions, gave me lots of options and really made me feel at ease. After trying on, going home to think about it, and heading back to store again. I chose my beautiful, amazing dress for my upcoming big day. Ruby is skilled, helpful and relaxing.. thanks Ruby, You were a great help xx”

“Katie was absolutely amazing! She asked me what ideas I liked then tried to get me out of my comfort zone and it really surprised me how much I love the dress. She managed to find a dress with each details I loved from every dress we tried on in the shop. Price was really good & loved the same day buy.”

“Very friendly helpful staff, made the experience of finding a wedding dress enjoyable very relaxing. Cara was very patient in helping me choose the right dress I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into choosing a dress she had lots of ideas and styles to help me make the right decision and I went away with a beautiful dress.”

“Super fijn geholpen door fabiola in Zaandam. Fabiola heeft mij erg goed geholpen en stelde mij erg op m’n gemak. Ik was vooraf erg zenuwachtig, maar dit was snel voorbij. Veel verschillende jurken gepast en eigenlijk vond ik alles wel mooi en uiteindelijk DE jurk voor mij gevonden.! Super bedankt.!”

“Big thank you to Jodie today - very happy with the service we received today, no queue to wait to be seen, I felt listened to with what I was looking for and the ‘wild card’ choice then led to finding a mix between my ones I liked and the one I wasn’t. I felt at ease the whole time, especially for someone that is very body conscious and said ‘yes to the dress!’”

“Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience today. The lady who attended to us looked like she couldn't be bothered. Eveytime we asked for a certain style or colour, tge bride to be got told "not in your size" which made her feel she was too big (she's a size 14). Got told most dresses were in a size 8. Didn't feel like it was a special experience like it should have been. Left disappointed”

“Natasha Swansea Natasha was so lovely and patient considering I had no idea what I wanted and my tight wedding deadline! She supported me to try on a variety of dresses, but worked out early on what I was leaning towards, which led to me choosing my beautiful dress (and Cape!). The dress also fits perfectly, and she supported me to manage my preferred budget. Thank you to Natasha and the lovely team!”

“Visited today with my future Daughter-in-Law on an initial visit to scope out styles. Didn’t think for one minute that Becky would find her dress today! “Charlotte was very patient and extremely helpful in helping me choose my dream wedding dress. The spacious changing lounge and lighting made for easy changes and podium to stand and admire. Myself and Sarah had a wonderful relaxed morning and feel set for my wedding day in four months time.”
