“I visited the Swindon branch on Saturday 19th July & I must say the ladies in the shop were absolutely lovely. I had a lovely lady called Amber as my consultant & she went above and beyond for me. She knew what she was talking about & was very friendly & bubbly. I will definitely recommend this store to family and friends that are planning on getting married. Was a fantastic experience and I managed to find my perfect dress too.”

“I had such an incredible experience was. Every single one of the ladies in-store was amazing - so professional, kind, and accommodating. I especially want to highlight my SA, Ruth. She was absolutely incredible - from the moment I arrived, she made me feel safe, beautiful, and completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, and she handled my (fairly large!) group with such grace and warmth. If there’s any way to pass along feedback or recognition to Ruth, I would be so grateful. She truly is a star and an absolute asset to your business! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.”

“Loren is amazing!!! I entered the shop nervous and feeling very negative about myself. I was dreading the experience but Loren really turned that around; and although, my entourage failed to make it about me, she was brilliant. The professionalism was impeccable and how she kept the process on track when my family were being bossy, was insane and so subtle. I went in just wanting to find out what I liked and I came out 2 hours later with my dress. I would never have chosen my dress from the way it looked on the hanger but so grateful Loren knew what she was doing. TOP TIP: Be open with styles and let the team pick dresses for you. They are very talented to know what will work well for you based on how you feel and what you want. They listen and take care of you every step of the way. I am forever grateful to have found my dress so quickly all thanks to Loren.”

“Horrible experience. Visited the store 21st July. Newly engaged and wanted to start getting an idea for what I wanted. Lady on reception was lovely (brown hair) but the lady who ‘helped’ me pick a dress was awful. (Blonde hair tied up with a black bow) Made snide remarks about my size, that I was looking too soon and spent the whole time glaring at me with her arms crossed looking bored. She is in the back of all the photos I got in the 2 dresses she allowed me to try on. Dresses where too big and gave no advise until prompted about if they offered tailoring. Refused to give me an underskirt to see the real effect of the dress as ‘there was no point’ Pushiness to get me out the dress and kept telling me ‘this is someone else’s wedding dress’ (as if it couldn’t be mine?) Only plus side of the experience being it was so bad we left and made an appointment at a boutique near by and I was able to find the and order my dream dress that same day. I assume the member of staff believed we wouldn’t buy anything so felt we were wasting her time. Really ruined my first experience trying on dresses for my big day very glad I was able to go elsewhere.”

“Awful place. No sense of occasion at all. Borderline rude staff and lots of pressure to buy. Hidden extras cost over 150 quid and they don't tell you that there is a no return policy.bread this on receipt after the fact. Save your energy and go somewhere special. Without the hard sale and well hidden extras.”

“Meg and Meg both from Ashford branch were superb from entering the door to getting the right dress for my daughter. The one she chose she would not even have looked at . But Meg was brilliant in knowing exactly what she wanted. Fantastic store and 2 lovely staff.”

“Recently purchased my wedding dress from wed2b Nottingham. All the staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable straight away. The lady who sorted my dress was amazing!! She asked me questions about our wedding day and what styles I like she brought a dress out in exactly the style I wanted. Absolutely loved it when I tried it on. She then brought out another dress which was a style I said I didn't want but this ended up being the dress I picked. She was so knowledgeable and definitely knows her stuff. I felt comfortable the whole time trying dresses on which is something I was worried about but she made me feel so much at ease. All the other staff also made a huge fuss when I tried the dress on and made me feel amazing! 100% recommend wed2b Nottingham”

“I had the best experience finding my wedding dress , I had Marnie @exeter and she made me feel so relaxed , she listened to me and I wasn't quite sure what I actually wanted , we started with a blank canvas as such a plain dress to work out the shape and by the second dress she pulled the perfect dress which I ended up saying yes too , I did try a third to make sure it was the right one , but she was so helpful and definitely new her stuff with styles and shapes of dresses very helpful! I'm so happy I had Marnie so thank you very much for making it a lovely experience and helping me find my dress !!”

“I said yes to the dress yesterday with help from Courtney. She was so lovely and patient with me, giving me different ideas and trying different accessories to go with my dress. She really listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses that matched my style perfectly (including the one!). There was no pressure, just genuine excitement and support. Trying on dresses here felt like such a magical moment, and when I found the dress, I just knew. They made everything feel so personal and special – even the little touches like the mirrors, lighting, and thoughtful comments made a big difference. Thank you so much!!”

“I had a really wonderful experience at the Wed2B Chelmsford branch. I had absolutely no idea what style of wedding dress I was looking for, and felt quite nervous and overwhelmed. From the moment I stepped into the store, the staff were so lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease. They listened carefully to my list of likes and dislikes, gave me space and time to browse all the dresses, and helped narrow down my search with their helpful recommendations. I had so much fun trying on lots of beautiful dresses. A special shout out to Mimi who recognised me on my return visit and assisted me with trying on my favourite dress. She was so lovely and helpful, answering all my questions, helped with making the dress look perfect and make some great suggestions for accessories and alterations. Thank you so much for helping me say yes to the dress!”
