“I went to the Belfast store for my first wedding dress try on. I was just getting a feel for what style I would prefer to try more in October when I will be choosing my dress. The ladies were amazing. So helpful and made me feel at ease. I have the most loveliest experience. Thanks Belfast branch!”

“Ik wil graag terugkomen op mijn eerdere, positieve review die ik vlak na mijn aankoop heb geschreven. Aanvankelijk was de bediening vriendelijk en leek alles vlot te verlopen. Helaas blijkt nu dat schijn bedriegt. Bij het nakijken van het kassaticket merkten we dat er maar liefst €289,- aan producten werd aangerekend waarover totaal geen overleg is geweest en die we ook niet wilden aankopen. Denk hierbij aan een badjas waarvan eerst werd gezegd dat die “erbij zou komen” zonder enige melding van prijs of aankoopverplichting. Daarnaast werden er een onderrok, enkele haarnetjes en een tweede box aangerekend “omdat de jurk er niet volledig in zou passen”. Dit alles werd ons zonder uitleg in de handen gedrukt of simpelweg toegevoegd aan de rekening. Er werden dus allerlei onnozele spullen afgerekend zonder dat hierover duidelijke communicatie of toestemming was. Dit vind ik ronduit onprofessioneel en misleidend. Ik ben bijzonder teleurgesteld en voel me bedrogen. Dit had ik absoluut niet verwacht na de aanvankelijk vriendelijke service van Anita.”

“This was the first place I came to look at wedding dresses for my wedding in October and I saw Zena. She is a lovely and very patient lady and even kindly stayed after closing to continue my dress fitting. I found two dresses that were perfect and I couldn’t completely decide between them, so I came back the next day and saw Zena and Fiona. Fiona helped me to try both on again and I made my mind up. Then Fiona showed me additional items that I could were with my dress and veil and I chose the beautiful headband that she believed would be most suitable and it really is. Both ladies were wonderful and I really felt at ease with them. The whole experience wasn’t stressful at all and made my search so easy and enjoyable. Thank you to them both.”

“Wed 2 b was the first (and only) shop I tried while looking for my wedding dress and for a ‘discount shop’ it was everything I would have hoped from a special shopping experience. Chloe (I think!) was our sales assistant and she was fantastic, her knowledge and professionalism made me feel very welcome and at ease in a potentially stressful situation. She pulled dresses that suited what I was looking for and was so supportive, even when I couldn’t quite figure out how I felt. She really made the experience even more special. I took 4 people along with me and we were all comfortable while waiting and looking around the clean and well laid out store. I really couldn’t recommend Wed 2 B enough, they had loads of options and different styles and I’m so happy to say I found my perfect dress! We all had a little cry and just knew it was the right dress for me! Thank you so much for a great morning!”

“Ik was de wanhoop nabij, want de bruidswinkel waar ik mijn eerste trouwkleed gevonden had, had 2 weken voor mijn huwelijk mijn trouwkleed om zeep geholpen. Bij Wed2B kon ik onmiddellijk terecht zonder afspraak. Sohad en Melissa hebben me met veel geduld en veel liefde geholpen en na 1,5 uur had ik dan eindelijk een trouwkleed gevonden. Ik kon gelukkig diezelfde dag nog naar Funs Atelier in Ledeberg om mijn kleed tot in de puntjes te laten afwerken. Niets dan lof voor Wed2B en Funs Atelier. Zo moesten ze allemaal zijn! Top!! “Upon entering, we were greeted by Ruby who was our stylist. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I had in mind. She also made my mom and sister feel welcomed. She gave me a few options and helped me to broaden my options and on my second suggested dress I knew I’d found it. She guided me through the whole experience and I thoroughly got to enjoy the bridal experience with her and the rest of the team who were also very encouraging. Wonderful experience wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thanks again Ruby and the rest of the team!”

“Came in for an exchange after a not so good shopping experience in the Wrexham store, we came in and was immediately greeted with smiles and politeness! Louise was perfect! She answered all our questions and gave us information on the dresses we tried on and gave us a list on seamstresses and advice on how to store the dress! The bride was dreading the fitting after Wrexham but she was comfortable and happy thanks to louise! She was lovely, understanding and polite.”

“On Sunday, I was paired with Harriet to find my perfect dress – and I did! I brought my Mum, Mother-in-law-to-be, and Maid of Honour with me to the Leeds store, and they helped me decide between two dresses once I’d narrowed it down. I had an amazing experience. Harriet was very attentive, listened to all my ideas, and answered every question I had, which really helped me make my decision. She showed me a range of dresses in different styles to ensure I found the one. I walked away a very happy lady and can honestly say I have the dress of my dreams. Thank you to Harriet and the team for helping me find my dress... even if it took all day!”
