“Claudia and her team in the Norwich branch are absolutely fantastic. I was very unsure om what dress I would like and Claudia picked out the most amazing dresses, it felt like she knew me already. I came home today with 'The' dress and I am over the moon. Prices are very fair too. Thank you I beyond excited to wear my dress for the big day!”

“Lovely store, amazing staff. Straight away Meg gave me choices I loved, each one getting closer to my dress. We found my wedding dress and I absolutely love it. She was so knowledgeable and made me and my bridal party feel very special. Would definitely recommend.”

“Machala was so accommodating and was very helpful, after saying yes to the dress the day prior I had instant regret. Machala was very supporting and was full of advice and support. I was able to find a dress that I was 💯 comfortable with and got to take home”

“Zahreen was given what seemed like an impossible task with my wishes but she solved the challenge very creatively by creating a new look/dress for me. Heads up for thinking out of the box. On my second visit, Chloe helped me with the final choices, helped me visualise and gave some invaluable dress related tips. Zahreen and Chloe both did an amazing job, listened and worked with me, showed creativity and excellent customer service. I loved their passion and enthusiasm and am grateful to both of them for helping me find ‚my’ dress.”

“Hello! I’m Didi, and I came in with my two sisters on Sunday. I was actually planning to go all the way to Turkey to have my dress made, being petite and having recently gained some weight, I thought it would be nearly impossible to find something that fit and matched the specific look I had in mind. But Georgia completely changed my experience. She found something amazing for me right away! The first dress she picked ended up being the one. It was the very first dress I tried on, and even though the second and third ones were also stunning, the first was an absolute win. Georgia really has an eye, she saw the vision and understood exactly what I was looking for. Lucky me! Thank you for all your helpss! Lots of love, Didi x”

“Hi, my daughter, her friend who is to be bridesmaid, were looking for a brides dress. We traveled by rail to have a browse round, as it stated on line, its a walk in shop. How wrong we were, the lady who spoke to us was very rude, she told us there was a 2-3 hour wait. I said can we just browse through them to give us an idea of style. No was the reply. She took my daughter’s name & then told us we would just have to wait, we were thinking we could go and get lunch & return, but it was a no. We came out in disgust and another angry customer outside told us also that she had a bad customer service. She even recommended another bridal shop to us. I don’t know how you can advertise as a walk in when clearly it isn’t,It was the Liverpool store.”
