“Gabby was brilliant and so helpful. She helped instantly as we walked through the door, from picking the dresses out t adding more when I didn't like the first one. She explained all the options for payment, including the deposit so I could dome back and try it on again to make sure it really was the right one.”

“Visited the Glasgow store and was greeted by Alana, who was very welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I tried on 6 dresses (plus size) in total but as you are only allowed 4 in at any time I had to wait in the queue again to try on the rest which wasn't to bad. Alana helped me pick the dress I was happy with and I am delighted with my pick. I also bought a belt which I took back a few days later with no problem and a full refund. The prices are fab, the only thing was when I went to pay a dress box and hanger had been added to my total which I wasn't asked about so felt pressure to buy and as you all know a wedding is expensive enough without added costs of just over £30.”

“I visited the Glasgow store and tried on 6 dresses in the plus size range which I was delighted with as they had so many to choose from. As I had more than 4 dresses I had to wait again in the queue which wasn't too bad and was attended to by 2 fab girls who couldn't do enough for me and made sure I picked the dress I Was HAPPY WITH, so glad with my decision. I also bought a belt but decided to return it with no problem and a full refund. The prices were really good. The only downfall was the added cost for the wedding dress box and hanger which I didn't know about till I went to pay and this caught me off gard and pressure to buy as I was given the option this added just over £30 to my order which as you all know the cost of a wedding, this money could have been used elsewhere.”

“We went to ocean terminal store in Edinburgh and we were seen to almost straight away. We were asked questions about style etc then the assistant showed me to the dresses to choose. I tried on 4 dresses and went for the second one I tried on. Although I felt a bit awkward as I was told to remove my bra and I'm body conscious as it is so I felt a little uneasy during the undressing and dressing but the assistant was professional and stated she had only been employed for a couple weeks but she was everything you need from an assistant. Only reason for 4 stars is because they charge you and extra tenner just for the bridal bag or another 40 for the storage bag which is unneeded for us but unless we paid the extra 10 I would of been sent home with the dress in just a thin poly covering. Those wedding dress bags should come compulsory with the dress to keep it safe in storage. Happy with my purchase and possibly will return to purchase the bridesmaid and flower girl dresses”

“Had the pleasure of Tania in the Bristol store advising me on dresses. She was absolutely lovely and very knowledgable, put me at ease instantly. 5 stars for her service. Knocked off a star due to there being a lack of dresses in store so didnt get to try on any dresses that I had wanted to, which was a shame for my first experience of trying on wedding dresses.”

“wed2b Bristol ✨- jess The bridesmaid dress shopping experience was quick and easy and there was a nice range of colours to choose from. We had to a bit of swapping around as some sizes limited in the dress style we chose. the staff were friendly and informative. Some extra hooks for clothes in the dressing rooms would also be welcome. The dresses we chose were lovely and we can't wait to have them back in our sizes in eight weeks time.”

“I went to the Southampton store and Leanne helped me try on pretty much every style they had until I found the dress of my dreams which was the last one I tried!!!. she was patient and professional. I really enjoyed the whole experience due to her kindness.”

“Yesterday I walked into Wed2B Ashford feeling very nervous & with very little idea on what I wanted/was looking for, being my first time trying on wedding dresses. As soon as I walked in, I was made to feel welcome & felt that I was in good hands. The ladies explained how it worked in there & off I went looking for my dress. I picked out 4 dresses & Kirsty assisted me in the dressing room. She was lovely & made me feel relaxed. When I tried on one of the dresses, Kirsty offered & found a veil & 2 tiaras to try on so I get a better feel/idea on how it would all look. This dress at that moment became a top potential. I decided to try on a couple more dresses & I was then assisted by Amelia. She was also very welcoming & helpful. One of the dresses I tried on was another potential but I felt I needed something added to it, Amelia found a couple of lace bolero’s to try on and it gave me a better feel. I then tried the 1st potential dress again & my mind was made up, that is my dress!! Thank you to all the ladies that I spoke to for all your help & making me feel so relaxed!”
