“Idinah-cardiff store Idinah was sohelpful and really helped me pick the dress i loved she helped me try on so many different styles to rule out some i thought I may like and was patient and kind and made me feel so comfortable. I really was struggling to find one I loved but she knew from the first dress the style that would suit me before even I knew.”

“Chelsea was excellent! With only 13 days to go to the wedding day, I had major doubts about the dress originally had from another store. Within 2 hours I was walking g out with the perfect dress, I’m delighted!!!”

“Alysia was really friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. She gave me loads of suggestions and ideas and helped find my perfect dress! We ended with a walk through the shop with us all in tears (happy ones) really would recommend shopping here, was a lovely experience. Thanks so much Alysia xx”

“Courtney was really helpful and so patient. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed. I went on the store with no expectations on finding a dress as someone who is very fussy and the 5th dress I tried on was the one! The opposite to what I expected. Thanks so much Courtney x”

“I said yes to my dress today, with the help of the wonderful Amy-Leigh in Southampton. She is the most kind and empathetic soul, who has a distinct passion for what she does. She made me feel welcome, special and truly listened to what my ideal dress desires were, but she was also more than happy to suggest dresses that she thought would mix it up! “Ik kwam langs in de winkel te Gent met het idee: eens kijken welk type jurk bij me past. Want ik trouw pas binnen een jaar. Maar al snel was de ideale jurk daar! Toen ik ze een tweede keer mocht aandoen kreeg ik zo een spark joy gevoel dat ik niet anders kon dan ze mee te nemen met liefde, blijdschap en trots! Hier werken ze zonder afspraak, wat ik een fijn concept vind. Want dan kan je gaan wanneer je wil. Chloé hielp mij met kennis, geduld en vertrouwen. Ook al werd het drukker in de winkel, zij toonde deze drukte niet en bleef kalm en behulpzaam overkomen. Mijn advies: ga gerust langs, het loont de moeite!”

“Today Myself and a few friend’s visited the store in ashford to help my sister find her perfect dress. The service we received was second to none. Chloe couldn’t have done more to accommodate us. From the second we walked in Chloe knew what would work and pulled a few gowns for our bride to try on. She made The whole experience fun and friendly. We all felt so comfortable and chilled our beautiful bride was able to find the most perfect dress & she walked away the happiest bride with the most Gorgeous gown. We would highly recommend this store. Without Chloe’s help today we would have been clueless.”
