“I visited Nottingham store today initially just to get an idea of what I wanted as I was pretty much open to anything. However Kassidy absolutely smashed it and within 3 dresses I found ‘the one’ Kassidy and the whole team were so lovely and made me feel so at ease and as though nothing was too much trouble. I was a bit nervous as didn’t want to feel pressured to buy lots of add ons but that was not the case at all, I was shown different options but my choice was taken as a final. Thank you so so much! (Can’t post my actual dress so here’s some I didn’t decide on in the end) Bonnie X”

“Amelia was absolutely amazing. I was totally overwhelmed and overstimulated when I walked in but she instantly put my nerves at ease. She was very knowledgeable about her work despite me not knowing what I wanted or what style. The second dress I tried on was the one for me and this was all down to Amelia. She made me feel very comfortable at all times and included my mum in on the decision making process. Thankyou so much Amelia. You really are the best in the business”

“Fiona was really helpful in choosing dresses that flattered my shape. A lot of the dresses that I had shortlisted online were not available in store, but I ended up choosing something completely different to what I thought I wanted based on Fiona’s recommendations. She was really helpful, genuine, patient and not pushy at all. Would highly recommend.”
