“Allereerste winkel dat ik geprobeerd heb voor mijn 'YesToTheDress' ervaring. Droomjurk gevonden door Houda (sorry moest ik dit verkeerd typen)! Ik had meteen een klik met haar, zij zoekt mee uit wat je wil en geeft je een topgevoel bij het passen! Topvrouw 1ste klas. Super tevreden! 1 winkel was er dus blijkbaar maar nodig om mijn mooie jurk te vinden! Bedankt voor alles 🙏❤️ Xo Vanessa”

“Such a beautiful experience at WED2b in Leeds. I was served by Faith who was welcoming, polite and so patient! I tried on a couple of dresses and… said yes to the dress!! I love various dresses but Faith helped to put all of my favourite elements of each dress together, and showed me a wild card that ticked every box! I am so grateful for your time, expertise and helping me find my dress! Thank you so so much!!”

“I arrived at the Cardiff (Canton area) store at 11:30am, my name was taken at the desk and added to the list, they asked what my wedding date is and I said we didn't have one yet. I was told there would be a little wait but to take a seat on the sofas. It was really quite cold in the store, apparently they dlcouldnt turn the heating on? An hour passed and I could tell my mum was getting cold and hungry and I too were cold and my blood sugars were dropping so I popped out to get a meal deal quickly incase they were ready for me. No, another hour passed and countless times consultant's had walked passed us. A few other bride to be's had come in after us and already been seen, I assumed they had maybe been in earlier and came back or were here to collect dresses. At this point me and my mum were the only two people in the store, I couldn't even find anyone at the desk to check I was on the appointment list, all the consultants had left for their lunch break or could visibly be seen sat outside with the back door wide open. There was one young consultant (Sam) who reappeared, looking like she was about to leave, clocked me and my mum and said "Hi, you guys have been here for a while, do you have an appointment?". I said, "Yes we've been here for two hours, I think I've been forgotten". She immediately went to check the appointment list, came back, and said "I'm terribly sorry you've waited so long! Your name is definitely on the list and it says no wedding date. So, hi, I'm Sam, I'm going to be your bridal consultant today!". I don't believe this lovely young lady was assigned to me but that I had been completely ignored by other consultants due to not having a wedding date yet, so they assumed they wouldn't make a sale. Sam was due to finish her shift and was meant to go home, but clearly saved everybody else's butt's by staying an extra hour and half to be my bridal consultant for my first ever time trying on wedding dresses! She was so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable, understood what I was liking and trying to envision, each dress she pulled was better and closer to what I wanted each time! The whole experience was feeling horrible until Sam saved the day and absolutely made my mums day! She's a credit to that store and I really hope that Wed2B Cardiff sees this and acknowledges what she did for a mother and daughters first experience of trying on Wedding dresses. This review would have had 0 stars if it wasn't for her! Thank you Sam!!”

“Fabulous service from Yanina at the Fleetwood store! I came in super nervous because it was my first time trying on dresses and she made me feel so comfortable! She listened to everything I asked for and came up with something absolutely perfect!”

“Ich war mit 3 Begleitpersonen am vergangenen Samstag im Hamburger Store und habe dort durch die super kompetente Beratung auch mein Brautkleid gefunden. Elena war wirklich klasse und ich fühlte mich bestens betreut. Sie hat genau die richtigen Kleider für mich rausgesucht und mir aber sich die Möglichkeit gegeben Kleider auszuprobieren, die ich dann sicher ausschließen konnte. Ich würde jeder Braut empfehlen sich den Laden einmal anzuschauen.”

“The assistant we had was amazing! So much energy even thought it was at the end of the day! Also found the perfect dress with the perfect size. Lots of variety and also while waiting it’s a nice seating area. Very affordable as well!”

“After a terrible experience at a different bridal shop, I walked in feeling nervous and defeated. From the very start, Victoria was incredible—she instantly put me at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable. With just a few questions, she knew exactly what I was looking for, even when I struggled to explain it myself! She took the time to thoroughly explain each dress I tried on, understanding my preferences better than I did. Thanks to her expertise and kindness, I found the perfect dress and had the experience I had wished for all along. I can’t recommend Victoria enough—she truly made this a dream come true!”

“In onze zoektocht naar bruidsmeisjes jurken zijn wij op zondag een uur voor sluitingstijd in de zaak gekomen. Wij waren met een groep van 8 dames waarvan 5 dames een jurk nodig hadden. Ondanks dat wij vrij laat waren en met een grote drukke groep waren zijn wij super vriendelijk en geduldig geholpen door de dames. Het is dat ik al een trouwjurk heb anders was ik er vast en zeker ook geslaagd.”

“Cat was patient, attentive, supportive and so professional. She spent over 2.5 hours with me yesterday to find out what I was looking for and enabling me to try on a range of dresses and accessories. I went back today, tried my favourite on again and came away a very happy bride-to-be. Thanks for such exceptional service.”
