“I had ruby as my consultant today and she was absolutely amazing and the experience to enjoyable and she was so helpful. We looked through a couple different shapes and materials but with ruby's amazing expertise we found the dress on the second attempt. Thank you all so much for being so welcoming and helpful I 100% recommend wed2b.”

“Was served by Ruby today and she was absolutely wonderful, she caught me freaking out and made everything so much better by finding me the perfect dress which wasn't even one I had looked at. She was so complimentary, wouldn't let me leave with any dress that I wasn't perfectly content with even though others had told me to and made everything fun and relaxing. Thank you so much to all you ladies but especially thank you to Ruby, you made everything perfect”

“Martha was absolutely fantastic, she settled my nerves, made me feel beautiful and validated and knew which direction my style was going. She was such a hype woman. With her help, I said yes to the dress. A HAPPY BRIDE!”

“Visited the Manchester store yesterday with my sister and my daughter. From the moment I stepped in the store I was made to feel very welcome by the staff there. I was very nervous as I have never been wedding dress shopping so didn’t know what to expect. The store was very clean and very spacious. We were looked after by Chloe, what a little gem she is. So polite and very knowledgeable and not pushy, she listened to everything I asked for and even brought me some dresses I hadn’t just to try on, I’m glad she did. When you know the dress is the one, you just know, I also think Chloe knew my dress was my one, she complimented me so much throughout the visit, made me feel amazing. Thank you Chloe!”

“Louise was amazing yesterday!! I went in with a specific vision and she was transparent with me that we may need to be creative and imaginative but she did it so well I didn’t have to! She took so much time with me, making sure I was happy, looking at what I did or didn’t like and was so so supportive the whole time! She was amazing with my 9 year old sister too which meant the world to me. Utterly amazing and loved her support, kindness and excitement throughout and helping me say yes to the dress!! Thank you so much Louise you’re amazing!!”

“It was my first time shopping for my wedding dress and Wed2b in Wednesbury was amazing. We were warmly greeted by Courtney who immediately put me at ease, listened with interest and was really easy to talk to. Courtney knew exactly what I wanted, gave her honest opinion of the dresses and didn't try and push me into making a snap decision. I appreciate the thoroughness of Courtney and it is clear that her expertise and experience in the wedding industry aids her into giving a wonderful customer experience.”

“I turned up at the Northampton store today. This was the first shop I had been to in the hunt of finding my dream dress! I was very anxious as a plus size bride as I didn’t think I would find anything to fit or would suit me but I was soon put at ease! We arrived on Saturday morning at dead on 9am when they opened and was greeted by 2 lovely ladies who immediately made me feel right at home and put me at ease. The consultant that helped me was a lady called Sadie! She was so lovely, patient, kind and listened so what I wanted and didn’t want. She knew her stuff and knew exactly what would look nice! I tried on 4 different dresses and on the 4th dress I fell in love! My mum and sisters cried and I felt amazing! I had another appointment to go to a different shop and knew I had found the dress! I ended up buying the dress after going for something to eat and cancelling the other wedding dress shop! One shop in and 4 dresses tried and I have my dream dress! Thankyou so much to Sadie for helping and being such a great part of the day! You put me at such ease! Now for the rest of the planning!”

“Went to try on some dresses this past weekend. They store I went too had neither of the dresses I was interested in. I was then told that both the dresses I like are only in the London stores, wished that had been documented on the website and also when I had an online chat with a representative, and said where I lived and what dresses I liked, was never told that they were only available in London. So it was a total waste of my time!”

As such, we are unable to guarantee certain styles will be available when you visit. However, as we do get regular deliveries full of brand new dresses throughout the month there is always something incredible for you to try on. “Vanessa and Ally were attentive and so helpful from the moment I arrived. It was a fabulous experience- they listened to my likes and gave great advice on styles and materials. I was made to feel super comfortable, the experience was really special. I said yes to my dress this afternoon and couldn’t be happier. Surbiton is a great store, would definitely recommend. Here’s to my wedding in October.”

“Alisha at the Wrexham store was absolutely fantastic and listened to exactly what I wanted and the type of style. She didn’t rush me and spent time with me. She went through all the different styles of dresses and how you can have them or switch them up. She went through the ratings and I absolutely fell in love with my dress! The whole experience was so relaxed and I loved the fact that she included my mum and bridesmaids too. Thank you!”
