“Dear Leeds Wed2B Team, I just wanted to say a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love, compassion, and beautiful environment you created for me today. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported in a way I’ll never forget. I was incredibly nervous about my appointment—trying on any type of clothes in shops is something I usually avoid due to anxiety and self-consciousness. But today, you transformed what I feared would be overwhelming into one of the most special, empowering experiences I’ve ever had. I tried on three dresses and ended up falling in love with the beautiful Byron. I couldn’t have done it without the amazing Harriet. From the moment we met, she put me completely at ease. We shared such a lovely conversation and so many laughs—she made me feel calm, confident, and seen. Harriet is truly an asset to your team, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. The lovely lady who greeted me at the beginning (I believe she may be the manager—apologies for not catching her name!) was also absolutely brilliant. She had such a warm, calm confidence that helped ease my nerves and set the tone for the entire experience. In between my visits to you, I went to another boutique where, unfortunately, I received poor service and was shown dresses that were nothing like what I asked for. Coming back to Wed2B and stepping back into the Byron dress felt like a huge relief. Another wonderful team member helped me during my return visit, and once again, I was treated with the same kindness, care, and professionalism. Whatever it is that you do—whether it’s the incredible people you hire or the values you instil in your team—it works. You’ve created something truly special. “We turned up in a panic with less than 3 weeks to go until the wedding and was instantly put at ease by the lovely Holly. Holly was brilliant at explaining the different styles of dress and carefully listened to the brides likes and dislikes. Holly used her expertise to bring styles the bride would suit. Holly was extremely patient and extremely helpful by giving an indecisive bride a rating system. Can’t recommend enough! Amazing asset to the store and a brilliant experience.”

“I walked into the store feeling apprehensive and unsure how dresses would look on me, I was paired with Becks and she made me feel at ease instantly! She made me feel seen and heard by showing dresses based on my likes and the first dress which she brought into the room was the one! Not a dry eye. She made me feel so relaxed even with the simple steps such as prepping me getting into the dresses and conversations just flowed! I felt in control and very supported by Becks!”

“Absolutely fabulous experience at this store! Travelled from Liverpool to Cardiff to get my dress, and it was well worth the journey! Shannon was an absolute dream and was happy to assist with every request. All the girls at the store were really helpful and encouraging. Would definitely recommend Wed2Be to all of my friends!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Nikola in the Edinburgh store! I came in with my mum to find a second dress as we need to work around a back injury. Nikola could not have been more lovely, friendly and helpful. She even arranged for a seamstress to sort alterations on a fairly tight timeline! 5+ stars customer service, I felt heard and looked after, and given fantastic advice for the particular circumstances I am in. Brilliant experience and I left with a literal weight off my shoulders and feeling so much less stressed about the big day (which is coming very soon!)”

“Middlesbrough store! Not happy at all. The staff here lie to their customers saying they will get a dress dry cleaned! When really they place the dresses in the washing machine unprotected and wish for the best. Dresses get left on the floor and dumped around. Dresses here are not cheap affordable luxury, I have noticed faults in your dresses, missing buttons, hook and eyes damaged, marks on dresses. I would not want to pay £600+ on a dress for all these faults. The add ons don’t get discussed until the end of the appointment, and after saying yes to my dress I feel pressurised to purchase these items when not necessary. The staff are rude and talk about brides behind their backs, they work on commission and if they don’t receive the numbers to achieve this then they will talk about you badly, and be rude. Staff talk badly about other staff and pretend to be nice, they take over the appointment when they believe they can do it better, the senior in this store was very very pushy when my consultant was lovely! The senior was pressuring me into wearing a tiara and wanting dresses on me that I was uncomfortable with just because she wanted to see it. I believe they are very unprofessional and rude. Will not be coming back to Wed2b or even recommending it to anyone.”
