“I’ve just returned from a 100 mile round trip to the Glasgow store and have been left feeling angry and deflated! After contacting the store to be told that I didn’t need an appointment, mr daughters and I travelled up together, each having taken a day off work. On arriving at the shop around 2pm we were told we would need to make an appointment and come back at 4.30/5pm. We were shown around the shop and allowed to browse the range of bridal wear, picking out the dresses to try when we came back later… I picked 5. We left the store, double checking when we were to return and again told 4.30/5pm being assured the store was open until 6pm. We headed into the city for some late lunch and returned, excitedly at 4.30 on the dot only to be told we couldn’t be seen! As two members of staff we finishing at 5pm leaving only one member of staff to consult with a bride who was in front of me. I stood my ground and pled my case to no avail! A wasted day off work, not to mention an unnecessary 100 mile trip and what should’ve been a special day with my girls gone!!!! Although the staff member was apologetic, it didn’t make up for the fact that we should’ve been told this when we first arrived saving us waiting around for nothing! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!”

“Deb was absolutely amazing! I was very nervous about dress shopping and had been putting it off due to being on the bigger side but she made me feel so comfortable and positive about the whole experience. The process was so easy and I said yes to a dress! Would absolutely, 100% recommend Wed2B Shirley and Deb! The other staff were so lovely also. Chanel was absolutely wonderful, just from my descriptions alone she knew exactly what I wanted and made the decision making process so easy.
