“Easy process, shame that the arranged delivery company failed to pick up my boxes but I contacted customer services and they quickly rearrange another pick up.”

“Good service, easy to use and quick return with payment. Only complaint was refused quite a few books and dvds, so quite hard to get to minimum value. For what you pay for some books, you could take a lot more. Thanks will use again.”

“Excellent from start to finish. Very easy to scan items and get instant valuation. Then clear instructions re packaging and arranging a quick collection. . Full payment was received into my account just a few days later. Very pleased.”

“Easy process and this site accepted all my books! Put them in a box for Evri to deliver free and that was easy as was scanning the books to get prices. A very good way to recycle and reduce consumption plus freeing up space on shelves.”

“I've found them helpful, polite and efficient. I waited a long time for my money once, but that was over the Christmas period, so understandable. 2 of my books had water damage in the last lot, they were fine when I packed them so must have happened in transit. Out of my control and not worth makinga fuss over. No complaints generally.”

“I sold some technical books to we buy books. I didn't get much money for them but it was better than throwing them away as they were not really suitable for the charity shop. I used the app to Scan the barcodes and you are given a price immediately. It was easy to arrange collection and I was paid as soon as the books arrived at the other end. You do need to supply your own packaging so think of this before you complete the transaction. You can use multiple boxes . I used 2 and was emailed 2 labels. Altogether an excellent experience.”

“An easy to navigate site. However it can take a long time for some transactions to be processed. I’m still waiting for two to be processed. My first two were processed and payment received quickly . The free postage is a plus as is the collection service if needed.”

“I had a nightmare with the rather incompetent collection service [evri]. However Webuybooks customer service was not to bad attending to the problems thereof. But, overall, it was all slow, and it generated stress, this is why, unfortunately, I am not that enthusiastic about selling further books to then.”
