“I don't like a single thing about you when I send 10 pieces, for example, you check them and approve only 5..the ones that other companies don't do like that”

“I have traded with WeBuyBooks for some time now and have always found their service fantastic. They offer great prices for items you are trading and payment is prompt and made by your chosen method. Highly recommended.”

“Really straight forward system and prompt payment I've used WeBuyBooks a few times now and they are excellent. Some of the prices for books are really small but it's better than nothing. Lol”

“Easy process to sell my books, and the payment arrived in good time. The only thing that I would want on the website is the ability to add more than one of the same book, the current process isn’t ‘convenient’. I would award 4.5 stars if I could.”

“Not bad, but I was given the wrong information to a query over the phone. As an older person this did nothing but stress me. However another call, and all was explained correctly.”

“It's the first time I have done anything like this. I found it really easy to do, bit disappointed that there were several books they didn't want. I had to ring them about something and the lady was really lovely and helpful. Quick payment, will use again. Thankyou”

“Easy, efficient and prompt payment. Surprising which books are accepted and which declined but so easy to scan via the App. Off to the charity shop with the rest.”
