“I have used Webuybooks.com several times now. I find scanning and selling the books very easy. The printing of labels and arranging collection has been faultless. Any query I have had has always been dealt with quickly and efficiently with an outcome I have always been happy with. “Was simple and easy to use. Parcel was collected from my doorstep which was a massive help. Then the money appeared in my bank a few days later. Highly recommend and would use again in the future.”

“All easy and straghtforward. The app was way better than others, recognised more books, recognised when a book was already scanned, the image of book cover in the basket easy to check the correct books being sent. Prices better than other similar services, but still v low for many books. Collection was OK, it was EVRI which used to be Hermes, who are not great (had many problems with them as a courier company). However once collected webuybooks processed quickly.”

“Easy way to sell books. App works well and dropping books at collection points is easy if you don’t opt for home collection. It’s just a pity that so many titles are not accepted.”

“Brilliant system. Easily sorted books that they would accept, sent off free from local collection point and received money within days. I suggest that people cut up old cardboard boxes to create a tight fit for the books, no cost and safer packaging.”

“It was generally an easy to use service. The barcode scan approach is genius. Niggles: I was quite surprised how many books were rejected and enjoyed (sort of) trying to work out what you really want! It would have been helpful if you'd given an indication of this. I found it really annoying that in three cases, the ISBN was accepted, but the image then showed a different edition of the book with a different bar code. I rang up to check this and was told the books would be rejected if I sent them. Please try to sort this quirk so that the user gets a rejection (or an acceptance if you will accept the different cover). I initially didn't get my offer rate for the Platinum Jubilee because I didn't realise I needed to `apply' it when I was sealing the deal - I thought the fact that I'd clicked through from the offer would lock in the rate for me. It is though a good and transparent service and the people I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Thank you!”
