“Highly recommend that you use the app to scan books, CDs or DVDs. Much faster although you need to scan quite a few items until you hit the minimum value. It is quite addictive - like Wordle!”

“The whole process was fantastic. App and website was easy to use. Booked a next day collection, the books were checked within a few days and received my payment in 1 working day! Their live chat customer service is very handy too. Would use WeBuyBooks again and recommend to anyone.”

“Scanned, boxed and labelled books and booked collection but they never collected books. Customer service advice was to drop off at local collection point instead, as they don't know why the books weren't collected. Nearest drop off approx 140 miles return journey.”

“Not all books are accepted and money received is low, however all you have to do is pack up the books in a box, label and a courier will pick up from your house for free!”

We’re sorry to hear some of the items were not accepted at this time and the prices offered were lower than expected. Although we do try to accept as many items as possible, this decision (and the prices offered) is based on the supply and demand on the market and our stock levels at the time. As these factors change quickly, it may be worth checking again soon to see if we can then accept these items. We typically advise that items relating to cookery, crafts, travel, history and education may be more likely to be accepted.
