The service is good and my contact with the company helpful and polite, but I do wish you could give more idea of what you want and what you don't want. I spent hours scanning books only for them to be rejected without my knowing why. Is there some way you could be a bit more helpfully specific, particularly where popular authors are concerned .... in my case you rejected everyone from David Suchet to the Queen!!! Just a thought.
