“I sent in two boxes of books. In the first I sent in some new unread books. They said there was damage but also wouldn't prove it. It wasn't the end of the world but when they do this I would rather just give my books to the charity shop in the future. Just feels very dishonest”

“A convenient way of clearing unwanted books. Values aresadly so small in many cases but at lest it is something. However one does need patience especially when one gets a run of " We are not accepting that book at the moment"”

“A very straightforward process using the Webuybooks app. Label supplied and acknowledgement email once received by Webuybooks. Opted for payment by cheque which was received only a few days later. Based upon my first experience of Webuybooks I would highly recommend.”

“I have lots of books and after I have read them they are in pristine condition. In the past I have taken them to charity shops but then I discovered We Buy Books. As a result I gathered together several and sent them and the service was very efficient and easy. I shall now look for more to sell.”

“A bit disappointing. Most of the books that I scanned were rejected. Out of the £26 odd worth of books that were accepted and sent £15 plus were rejected on arrival. Funnily enough it was the ones that were worth more than 50p. I'd have rather kept them if I'd known. Also took quite a long time to process and be paid.”

“The Company did not pay much for my items. However, they play a valuable role in selling them on etc. For those without access to a car and/or Post Office, their free collection service is helpful and convenient. I did experience problems with their App, but I expect this was to do with my age as these software programmes are written for (and targeted to) the younger generation. Overall I would recommend as a handy way to de clutter and save on Landfill”
