“Service is quick and easy, especially using the app. Price paid, well in most cases its barely worth the effort to pack and send them. I do get it, they're a business, they need to sell at a profit, and their sell prices are quite reasonable. Its only the thought that alot if stuff would go to landfill that makes me use them, so a few pence per item, or bin it?”

“I have recently sold two lots of books to We Buy Books. The transaction went very smoothly, the boxes of books were collected on time and I was paid very quickly. Selling books to Webuybooks has three benefits. For me I got some money and shelf space. For the books they will be read and enjoyed again which is their purpose in life.”

“I was not able to sell my books - the items weighed more than the limit for one parcel so I divided them into two parcels as per the instructions. When RM arrived to collect the parcels they only had one label. Due to the length of time it took WBB to respond to my query I was unable to resolve the issue in time to post them and had to donate the books to charity. I missed out on over £30 (and the charity received a good number of excellent quality books.)”

“I’ve used Webuybooks 3 times to sell a large number of books and, each time, I have received exactly the amount I expected, unlike some less scrupulous companies who might offer more money but then claim not to have received books or quibble the condition. Also, the online customer service chat is excellent. Highly recommended.”
