“Thank you for accepting some of my books however I did scan lots that were not acceptable unsure why some are in excellent condition, fiction, non fiction, however not suitable to you.”

Hello Fran, Thank you for leaving a review. We’re sorry to hear some of the items you scanned were not accepted at this time. Although we do try to buy as many items as possible, our decision is based on the supply and demand on the market and our stock levels. It’s possible that we had excess copies in our warehouse or that the items were not selling on the marketplace to a level where we wished to purchase further copies. This demand can change on a day-to-day basis, and it can be worth rescanning items at a later date if you aren't in a rush to declutter. “Happy with overall service. Got paid the full amount promised. It took a week for the books to get there on carrier and it's only about 15 miles! Lot of my books they didn't want but that's fair enough.”

“We buy books was recommended by a friend and I was very happy with my experience of them. It was very easy to scan the barcodes and I was paid very quickly. My only gripe would be the courier they use in my area which has a bad reputation and failed to collect my books on the day agreed.”

“Knowing nothing about Webuybooks I was a little nervous using them for the first time, especially given a few reviews suggesting they found excuses to not pay the full value of the price quotes they give. But I was pleased with the service and they fully honoured their quote. Payment was a little over a week from receiving my books, which was ok with me. The main hassle was finding appropriate boxes to pack up the books! Some prices offered were so low that I chose not to send those but instead give them to a charity shop, but I thought prices on other items were reasonable. I would use Webuybooks again.”

“Brilliant service. Easy to use app. Box up your books, add the label provided by the app and book a collection, easy as that. Good price given for books and payment received promptly. Would highly recommend. Just wish they accepted more books”
