“The process is so easy and efficient: box up your books, CDs, DVDs etc, take them to your nearest collection point and the money's in your account a few days later - oh and the staff are really helpful when you phone up - which makes a huge difference in this day of endless run around, AI and 'not my problem - I'll just transfer you' - the first person you speak to always deals with your query.”

“Received a message from Webuybooks on 24th Feb saying they had received my book parcel and the cash would be in my PayPal account by 7.00 pm that day. Still no sign of any cash on 4th March. Cash arrived by cheque a few days after sending this review.”
