“I received the money for my books a week after my books were collected. But I had problems with the courier, Evri, turning up at my house for the collection. I waited at home for two days and no one turned up. I contacted Evri multiple times and I also contacted WeBuyBooks. Eventually, the courier came to my house to collect my books. Additionally, I noticed that there's a price difference when you scan books using the app or enter the barcode on the WeBuyBooks website. Sometimes the price for the same book will be higher or lower which is strange.”

“Excellent. I love the fact that I can take my books to a local shop for pick up as I hate stopping in waiting for a courier. This fits in with my lifestyle. Good communications from we buy books. Thankyou”

“Generally speaking, the experience of selling books, cds etc with Webuybooks, is very good. Their end of things is good, i.e. getting a price, printing label, getting notification of books received, payment processed. The weak link is Evri.”

“We Buy Books are great, efficient and easy process to sell. However, they don't take most of the books I try to scan, I've hundreds of books but struggle to get five quids worth, I wish they take older books more.”
