“An elderly relative and avid reader wanted to declutter their book collection. Using the app, we were able to quickly catalogue books of value, box them up and using the drop-off option, get them easily sent for final valuation. Once delivered, the value was confirmed and the money transfered to the relatives account to be spent on new books. We have subsequently shared the idea with others who have been equally pleased with the process.”

“We Buy Books' customer service is poor, at least for those selling books. I've used them once and that will be the only and last time. If your experience is anything like mine, they will keep you waiting and will show no regard for your time. I am in the fortunate position of having 2 charities nearby, both of which accept books. Both of them are polite and quick. In future that is where my surplus books will go.”
