“I had a selection of new and barely used books which I intended to take to a charity shop. After reading about WeBuyBooks I decided to check whether it was worth considering selling them. The website and app were easy to use and I was delighted with the price I was offered for the books I had. Sending the books off was also easy, and I had the money in my account very quickly. Delighted with the service and would definitely use again.”

“Sadly we buy books uses Evri / Hermes to collect your books. First trade 4 attempts waiting in all day for it to be collect. Still waiting for my books to be collect on my second trade after waiting in 2 days and sending emails to we buy books. Use Ziffit”

“Brilliant service offered by this company, and an easy way to get some money back on books that may otherwise end up in the charity shop. The website is easy to use as it tells you the books that they are accepting at the moment, together with the price that will be offered. It is also good as it asks if you want to accept the offer at the end. As such, there is no obligation to use them. The price that they pay per book depends upon the type of book. Good quality academic reference works tend to receive a lot higher price than ordinary fiction books. Still one of the best book companies to offload books to around. Will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“My only issue is that the couriers did not collect, so I had to go to a drop-off point. I'm also wondering if it's easier to use the app for scanning the books rather than typing the isbn on the website.”

“The app is so easy to use. Not fantastic prices but charity shops aren't taking books at all near me. Not a great 'hit' rate, but just clearing any is helpful. The packaged books were easy to drop off at a local shop and payment was prompt. Will use again.”

“The refer a friend scheme is easy to understand and appears to work well. We have a convenient local store to take boxes to and then checking and payment are quick prompt. Prices could be more competitive but it remains a good way of raising funds for charities such as ours.”

“Very easy to use, process was efficient, books collected on time and payment received within a week. Only downside was the number of books that weren’t accepted for sale, about 75% in total of those I wanted to sell.”
