“It took ages and numerous appointments for the books to be collected by Hermes. And the collection happened by accident. The delivery man dropped a parcel for a neighbour and he noticed an outstanding collection at my address. Otherwise I would still be waiting for the books to be collected”

Therefore, this appears to be an issue with the courier covering your area. We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. “It would be great if they accepted more titles and/or pay more than a few pence. Also the packaging labels they send have way too much unnecessary paper. Other than that happy with them.”
