“Excellent service, if there were any problems it was due to my printer and not being able to easily source boxes. Customer services gave excellent advice and sent me a label through the post. Looking forward to clearing more space on my book shelves.”

“Overall, I had problems utilising system on my phone. I had to contact customer services for label - could not fathom what button to press to get this sent. Also had problems being able to check and verify order. The company gave reasonable amounts to book, but overall quite low. It was a longer process than anticipated.”

I am sorry to hear the process took longer than expected, I can see the items arrived in under the estimated time, it does put a slight delay on payment if the label is to be posted due to waiting for it to arrive to get the items sent off. “I was happy with the overall process and received the funds within a week of posting the books. The only negatives were the effectiveness of the barcode scanner in the app (I had to manually enter the barcode frequently) and also the lack of update emails throughout the process.”

“My sister recommended Webuybooks to me, it is very easy to use and I was very impressed by the fact that the books are collected and then I was informed of receipt of books and, yes, the agreed money went in the bank really quickly.”
