This company seemed ok when I sent the first box- took ages for the cheque to arrive but we’re generous with their offer!
The second box - a different story!
It was only a small box BUT they said I’d forgotten to put in 7 books and 2 were damaged!!
This is totally untrue and they should be ashamed of themselves!!!
