“Sent a few books last week. All accepted and payment made within 2 days, excellent turn around, the offer made was what I received. At the same time I also sent some to Ziffit, they marked several books 'problem' no other explanation, books not returned and payment withheld, first and last time with them, sellers beware, they offer a price and then don't pay.”

“I was unable to send more than one of the same book as I have multiple books of the same kind. I cannot even send a new parcel of the same books. I do not understand why it isn’t possible to send in duplicate books.”

We don't accept duplicate copies through the website and app but if you send us an email to info@webuybooks.co.uk with the ISBNs, and the number of copies you have, we can look into whether we want more than one copy from you.
