“Selling our car was a fairly quick process. We didn't get the amount quoted online because after inspection, money was taken off for scratches, stone chips, etc. We thought that the final price was realistic as it would have cost us a bit of money to have it put right. Overall a good experience, friendly and relaxed, would recommend.”

“Helpful and friendly service from Hamilton branch. Only thing that stopped me giving 5 star was the computer system didn’t log my appointment in and I had to travel back and forth twice, wasn’t anyone in the branches fault but it was just a pain having to rebook for the next day. But apart from that it was a very easy process as WBAC deal with everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone wants to sell their car quickly and easily.”

“Best offer I received. Official dealer garage offered 10% less and garage I am buying my next car from offered a much lower value too. When I said I would think about it, the agent got a bit forceful. I understand there is no obligation, however this was a very valuable car and I guess he wanted to close it. To be honest I would have taken less but was happily surprised with the price. Left waiting 20 minutes for my appointment due to him being very busy but apologised an was generally polite and reasonable.”

“Quick, efficient sale of 7 seater family car which we had owned for 8 years. Value on the forecourt varied from price quoted on line. Offer was reduced for minor paintwork knocks / scratches which you would have expected for a 10+ year old car. Whilst offer was based on a computer algorithm the representative did have authority to increase this slightly. Good service but offer primarily based on computer programme so expect it to reduce from quote you may have obtained from website before booking the appointment!”
