“Easy transaction, disappointed that an 11 year old car is presumed to be in showroom condition rather than condition suitable for its age so offer price was adjusted down. Funds received into bank account within 30mins 👍”

“The process is very efficient and the member of staff (Scott and the Glenrothes branch) was polite, friendly and presented well. Score is marked down as there should be more effort to give an accurate valuation by asking the vendor to score the condition of the vehicle prior to submission. In my case, I assumed that the quote would have taken into account the small dents, scratches and imperfections you would expect with a family car that has done 92,000 miles. Overall, thanks to Scott for getting it over the line and not wasting my time on a Sunday.”

“The local agent was very helpful, price less than others offered but fewer strings attached and face to face not all online; in particular having to give bank account details to an unknown website. Possibly would have received more from others but do not like remote agreements with people that I do not know.”
