A brilliant and convenient way of selling your car quickly. Andrew at the Coventry North branch was very accommodating and straight to the point, and made the whole process easy. The only other advice I'd offer is be prepared to receive a much lower valuation versus the online quote. I think WBAC can be a bit more realistic in the initial quote.

ARRANGED AN APPT ON WED IN SWANSEA BUT NOBODY THERE. APPARENTLY, HE HAD GONE HOME SICK BUT COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO INFORM ME. REARRANGED FOR TODAY IN PORT TALBOT. GRUBBY OFFICE CONSIDERING HOW MUCH YOU MUST SPEND ON ADVERTISING. KNOCKED QUITE A LOT OFF.

What happens when things don’t quite go to plan? Had the best offer from WBAC, took the car to the branch, the buyer Oliver was great to deal with and the price agreed was the best of any dealer. Unfortunately the leasing company were not so helpful but WBAC office did everything they could to help the process along. After 3 weeks and dealing with the Regional Manager Craig who was extremely helpful the car was sold and the price agreed was upheld with WBAC. Thanks guys for delivering on your price promise, I hope the car goes to a good home and they enjoy it as much as we did. :-))

Quick service although offer was nearly £300 less than original quote reason given id forgotten to take my service history and very slight scratch on bumper. My car was an 08 plate but only had 105.02 miles but i can appreciate the reasons for the reduction. Having already purchased my new vehicle i was happy to accept offer made and cannot fault the staff member who was both courteous and respectful at all times. Have recommended you due to the excellent customer service I received.

Took the car to a local station, the car was in tip top condition and only small deduction from value taken off. Didn’t even take a test drive. Simple and painless process. Paid within 2 hrs.
