I was offered £3629 for my car then found out my salesman wasn't authorised to offer that amount without higher approval of which he couldn't get! So I was then given £200 less! By this point i had already had £1000 deducted from the offer I had received due to damage on my car which seemed fair but the problem was this promise was such a blow.

This could include missing components, damages or discrepancies with mileage, previous owners or service history, for example. Such factors may impact the value of your car and as such, we would need to record this and amend your valuation accordingly, which we’re sure you can appreciate.
