Got a price for my vehicle which stated lasted 4 days. I accepted the price and booked the vehicle in for inspection & to complete the paperwork. In the meantime I received two phone calls and numerous texts & emails. I then spent several hours clearing out the car, gathering documents and cleaning the vehicle. I arrived at the site to be told that my car was worth over £5,000 less because I had not presented the vehicle within 4 days. Nowhere on the website booking information does it tell you this or in any of the communication they sent to me. They had prior knowledge of the recused valuation but instead let me waste my time preparing the vehicle and travelling to the site. Incredibly bad communication and service and a poor attempt at ripping you off.

We have a team of Pricing Analysts who are constantly monitoring the value of used cars. They track various factors such as demand, availability of a particular model and current sale prices we are experiencing for such vehicles. We are constantly adjusting our valuations in response to the fluctuations and we therefore offer a 4 day guarantee period on our valuations as this protects customers against any changes in the market during this period. Reduced the price from the offer for minor discrepancies. Sorted the log book in 4 days. Returned and price reduced another £300 with out any changes milage etc to the vehicle. This was a prestige vehicle.

Total rip off compering to the online valuation. £50 service charger which is not mention online. Would never recommend u to anyone. Disgrace of the company.
