Total rip off compering to the online valuation. £50 service charger which is not mention online. Would never recommend u to anyone. Disgrace of the company.

Our online valuations are calculated using only the information that our customers provide, therefore if no scuffs, chips, scratches or dents are declared at this point, the valuation provided will be reflective of this. Whilst we accept that the majority of used cars will have experienced a certain amount of wear and tear, we make no assumptions about the extent of this as it can vary greatly from vehicle to vehicle and we instead rely on our customers to describe the vehicles they have in their possession. The transaction fee contributes towards the transportation and administration costs incurred when purchasing the vehicle. There are numerous checks and processes that we must adhere to after the purchase of a vehicle to ensure we are compliant with both industry and our own compliance requirements. We’re sorry that on this occasion the final price offered failed to meet with your expectations. I was offered £3629 for my car then found out my salesman wasn't authorised to offer that amount without higher approval of which he couldn't get! So I was then given £200 less! By this point i had already had £1000 deducted from the offer I had received due to damage on my car which seemed fair but the problem was this promise was such a blow.
