I was offered £3629 for my car then found out my salesman wasn't authorised to offer that amount without higher approval of which he couldn't get! So I was then given £200 less! By this point i had already had £1000 deducted from the offer I had received due to damage on my car which seemed fair but the problem was this promise was such a blow.

I've never met such a rude, arrogant sales man in my life. I think he treated us like idiots because we were women. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My friend was grieving and wanted to get rid of her late father's car in a hurry. This man took advantage

The chap I met with was very friendly. But the price I got for the car was very very poor. I was very disappointed.
