It was very quick, no hustle. The person who assisted me in Portsmouth explained everything and assisted me throughout the process. The price I got was much less than expected but considering that the process did not take me more than 20 mins, I’m not complaining too much.

Having to wait 4 days for payment is terrible , reduction in amount offered to original quote due to lack of paperwork when car was purchased from cinch which is your company is disgusting , overall not a good experience at all . Would not recommend to anyone I consider a friend .

This certainly wasn’t our intention. Please note that your valuation would only ever change at your appointment if you’re outside of your 4 day Price Promise, or if there are discrepancies between the way that you described your car online and the car itself, found at your appointment. This could include missing components, damages or discrepancies with mileage, previous owners or service history, for example. Such factors may impact the value of your car and as such, we would need to record this and amend your valuation accordingly, which we’re sure you can appreciate. Whole process was very straight forward from booking through to receiving funds at the Cannok branch and dealt with by Ryan. Price was knocked down a little from the online valuation as expected but really happy with the service
