“They bought my car, next day I have been told engine management light is on “which was not there”. For that they reduce the offer by £2500 which I refused and asked the car back. They returned the car after 10 days, extra 165 miles on mileage 3 chips on the bonnet. Interesting thing is there was no engine management light On. Customer service was very poor almost no communication from their side and wouldn’t trust them again. Advice everyone to take the pictures of the car before handing them over. Will never use them again.”
