Parts now delivered by Royal Mail who were the cause of a late delivery and who are causing problems for businesses at the moment so in fact I was very pleased with the service from water butts direct. “Disappointed that we couldn't see the water Butts before buying. Surprised when we decided to order one that was in stock? as the delivery was 28 days. We had no hurry so it wasn't a problem. The water Butt was delivered within 28 days, we were given the delivery date and the water butt arrived as stated. The water Butt arrived in good condition. Assembly was very easy, Instructions were supplied with everything required to install. Took a while to finalise the position but installation took less than an hour.”
