“I couldn’t find the correct combination of adapter’s and tail hoses from anywhere other than this firm, very good quality and worth paying a bit extra. Good service and delivery.”

“Problem developed with cleaning of Filtomatic . Discussed with Andy . His assessment and general guidance excellent . Examined sludge pump etc and discussed further . Order for new sludge pump and control panel placed . All delivered promptly . Now fitted and all working effectively. Many thanks for the confidence building support . Chris W.”

“The one main thing I learnt about Water Garden was that they know how to protect items for safe despatch. A lot of big companies could learn a lot from them when despatching small items. I have since made a second order from them and that has also been received well packaged and safe.”

“Delivery was pretty quick and on the day Expected. The Oase set had been brilliant so far. It’s been in a pretty murky pond and the water was noticeably clearer within a day or two. Very happy so far.”

“I was totally unsure on what was required for our pond. When I explained and supplied information to assist the gentleman at Water Garden, I received an informative and reassuring reply. Based on this I ordered a new UV unit. Placed the order and it arrived the very next day, perfect. Would highly recommend this company and congratulate them on great communication and service.”

“Have been using an aquamax eco 12000 pro for about 10 years and it finally stopped pumping - can’t say we didn’t have our monies worth - so we wanted the same again - found it on Water Garden but updated model. Wanted to replace like-for-like so we didn’t have to change pipes and fittings etc as it’s a dual flow and would be lots of work and disruption for the fish. Water Garden were brilliant and assured us the new model would fit where old pump did. They were dead right and the pump is working a treat. Excellent customer service. Excellent product.”

“I can thoroughly recommend Water Garden. I had a telephone conversation with one of their Team, which was very helpful and when I later called in at their depot, he was equally helpful in selecting the correct pump and fittings to go with it. Would use them again.”

“As always Water Garden's service is excellent, you are not pushed to buy things you don't kneed. The staff are always happy to help and advise.
