“Order turned up very quickly and all parts were present. I have installed the system, which was very easy. The pads provide ample aeration for the pond. Overall very impressed with the service and product.”

“After numerous attempts, and due to my incompetence could not get the pump to work. However as a result of me doing a negative review, Water Garden were extremely quick in contacting me and have finally resolved the underlying problem. So a Huge Thankyou to the Team from Water Garden. Thoroughly Recommend them! A Big Thankyou.”

Hi Mark. This is the 1st instance we have been made aware of an issue. Can you please call us on 02392 373735 or we will give you a call to run over your set-up. “The product looks very well made and looks very neat when installed. Installation was straightward with clear instructions. Water Garden staff were very helpful when I hit snags trying to pair the controller to the remote - there were no instructions in the box. I've since spoken to the manufacturer and it seems they don't have instructions for the remote either. As far as the service and product go overall I'm very pleased with the product.”

“Bought for our small garden pond, the solar panel is in the open so when the sun is out or light good, it works very well. Our pond has certainly improved and is very clear now. Easy to put together and well packed.”
