“Contacted Andy ? think the boss very helpful over phone and when told him we were coming to visit said more than welcome when arrived everything ready and packed as ordered Brad served us couldnt of been more helpful with advice etc and also helped and advised for another job we went and looked at would recommend highly and as proffesional Co doing ponds etc will definately use again ! 9.5 /10 dropped 1/2 mark as because we come so far spent a few quid they could of offered us a cuppa Lol !!!”

“The Oase Filtral pond pump I ordered from Water-Garden arrived promptly and intact. The unit looks to be good quality, nice to see Oase maintaining high standards, but I have still to install the pump as our water feature is not yet finished, so I cannot comment on functionality. Dealing with Water-Garden was a hassle-free experience , their customer service and product knowledge is excellent.”

“Ordered a air pump unfortunately we could purchase this one.but somebody phoned us to inform us of this .so we Ordered a different one.wasn't the one one we wanted but does the job perfectly. Customer service is brilliant 😊”

“Can’t praise and recommend this company enough. I had a fails pump but was very specific with what I needed and that included a long flex. I also wanted to chat with someone about the 12v and transformer option Vs a mains 230V option Many suppliers only allow you to order direct from their web site and the only way you can communicate with them is my messaging or email. I tried that with another supply who was useless. I then came across this supplier and everything was sorted. Supper fast delivery too. Thanks again”
