“Information on the website was easy to access and well laid out. I have little experience of ordering on line so was reluctant to follow the procedure and instead, telephoned the help line. Unfortunately the line was unmanned because it was a bank holiday but the next day a very friendly man, with excellent product knowlege, gave me good advice, took my order and it was delivered two days later. I would certainly recommend your Company.”

“Yes very good company.. I had found an old fountain and wanted to get the right pump etc for it ... I first went to the showroom and got good advice, then, when I needed the goods I ordered them and it all arrived the next day. Then when my builder struggled with the assembly they answered his queries with skill and good humour. Always knowledgable and helpful”

“I ordered a complete set up (filter, UV and pump) all of which were delivered extremely promptly. A further order for ancillaries was likewise received by return. All are now installed and my pond has never looked better. I would venture to say that even my Koi are looking healthier and happier! An excellent result all round . Thank you!”
