“I am an electrician and I needed a user friendly product to complete a garden circuit, designed around the customers desires for various funtionality. It was very important to me to select the right product as my reputation as an electrician depended on it I went to the Water Garden Store and spoke to their very knowledgable staff who made me feel comfortable to ask the necessary questions to gain the understanding of the most appropriate product. They also took the time to continue to explain other similiar and related product in a non pushy sales way, just to equipe me with a greater understanding on how to get the best from the products for the best results. Fantastic experience and will definately be visiting this store again for more purchases Frank Miller Director Carlyia Ltd”

Hi Peter. All of our advertised prices include VAT and we always try and make that as clear as possible to visitors and customers in the cart and checkout. Perhaps you are confusing this with the carriage charge as your order was less than £50, so the £4.60 carriage is added. “I was in a situation where my husband was ill in bed and the pump in our pond decided to pack up. I fortunately rang Water Garden and spoke to Brad who patiently went through what could be wrong bearing in mind that I knew nothing about pumps. Next day I spoke to Andy who again was more than helpful and a new pump was purchased late morning on the 26th February and delivered morning of the 28th February. Great company to deal with - excellent staff who couldn't do more for you - wish there were more companies like Water Garden. Thank you for your help.”
